We stayed at this apartment for 9 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our own breakfast every morning. This was a great advantage for our family, as we could enjoy meals that suited our preferences before heading out each day. The location was excellent. It was only a 3–5 minute walk to Kinshicho Station, making it incredibly convenient to travel around Tokyo. From the station, there were plenty of transportation options, including subways, shuttle buses and buses, providing easy access to all of Tokyo's major attractions. One of the biggest highlights for us was the direct bus to Tokyo Disney Resort, which departed from right next to Kinshicho Station. We were able to take the first bus in the morning and return on the last bus in the evening, making our Disney trip comfortable and stress-free without needing to transfer. There were also many shopping malls, restaurants, and dining options around Kinshicho Station, so finding delicious meals was never a problem. In addition, several convenience stores and small shops were just a short walk away, making it easy to buy anything we needed during our stay. Overall, this was a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located apartment. It made our family trip to Tokyo with our children much more enjoyable, and we would happily stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone, especially families traveling with kids.

동네에서 좋았던 점 - 역에서 가까움. 디즈니랜드 바로가는 셔틀이 있음. 유니클로 muji 로프트등이 있어서 먼데서 쇼핑할 필요 없음. 우버잇츠로 시킬수 있는 맛집도 많음. 가까운데 편의점도 많음. 이 집의 좋았던 점 - 깨끗하고 깔끔함. 냉장고 세탁기 건조기등이 잘 갖추어져 있음. 침대도 편안함. 사진과 똑같았습니다. 3층이지만 엘베가 있어서 좋았습니다. 체크인이 직관적이고 편했습니다. 호스트와 연락이 잘됐습니다.

동네에 대한 아쉬움 - 술집이 많은 동네라 밤에 취객이 많음. 바로 아래층도 한국퍼브라 시끄러움. 금토일은 거리에 시끄러운 사람들이 많았습니다. 여자들끼리만은 묵으면 불안할 것 같아요. 집에 대한 아쉬움 - 단창이고 온풍기가 하나뿐이라 너무너무 추웠어요. 잘때 이틀동안은 코트를 입고 잤습니다. 아무리 난방해도 냉골이었습니다. 여름은 몰라도 겨울은 힘들것같아요.
