Loud Location, No A/C, and Too Many Idols

The kitchen was equipped with all items and well organized with furniture

Location is very noisy, I couldn’t sleep from the road noise. The apartment is located at intersection and just 2 m from a busy road. As there’s no ACc, you have to open the window for ventilation, I felt that I am sleeping in the road!!! It was difficult to sleep or relax, especially since the unit does not have any air conditioning or adequate sound insulation. There were also lots of religious idols, lot of them . While the apartment was clean and generally well-maintained, I felt quite uncomfortable with the large number of religious idols and statues displayed throughout the space. As a guest, I respect different beliefs, but the intensity and placement of these items made it difficult to feel at ease or relaxed during my stay. It would be helpful if future listings could mention this aspect clearly in advance, as it may not suit everyone’s comfort level or personal preferences.

Schön, sauber, dünne Wände

Schöne saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Nicht weit von Gut Aiderbichl das unser Ausflugsziel war. Netter Vermieter.

Sehr gemütlich und sauber!

Es war sehr gemütlich sehr sauber und super schön eingerichtet und dekoriert es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Es war teilweise etwas kühl und man konnte selber die Wärme nicht regeln.

Sehr tolle Wohnung, sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, gut ausgestattete Küche, super große Couch, tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Lecker Restaurant direkt gegenüber!

Einen Punkt müssen wir leider abziehen, da die Weichen Matratzen einfach nicht unser Fall waren. Aber davon abgesehen war der Aufenthalt wirklich super!

Naturparadies Salzburg-Land-piękne miejsce, ale z niedogodnościami Miejsce jest położone w bardzo malowniczej okolicy. Niestety, podczas naszego pobytu w apartamencie było dość chłodno, a woda w kranach była zimna. Wyglądało na to, że gospodarze mieli włączone czasówki na ogrzewanie i ciepłą wodę, co sprawiało, że w nocy i rano było po prostu zimno. Samo otoczenie jest naprawdę urocze, ale przydałoby się więcej komfortu cieplnego, szczególnie w chłodniejsze dni. Z pewnością miejsce ma potencjał-wystarczyłoby trochę więcej troski o wygodę gości

Pomimo wykonanych kilku wiadomości do gospodarza z prośbą o włączenie ogrzewania i ciepłej wody przez cały pobyt mieliśmy zimną wodę i zimne grzejniki.

Byli jsme maximálně spokojeni s komunikací hostitele, vybavením, prostorností i čistotou bytu. Vše bylo perfektně připravené a pobyt splnil naše očekávání do posledního detailu.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr unangenehm. Beim Ausparken benötigt man eine Hilfestellung, da die Straße nicht gesehen werden kann.

Super Lage, sehr netter Gastgeber, der jeweils sehr schnell geantwortet hat. Wir haben uns jederzeit betreut gefühlt. Unterkunft bietet ausreichend Platz - wir waren zu dritt.

Regenkuschelwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und konfortabel eingerichtet. Die große Couch war ein Highlight. Für die Regentage, die uns leider im Urlaub begleitet haben ein absoluter Wohlfühlplatz. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeitrn sind fùßläufig erreichbar. Schöner Pluspunkt.

In der Küche haben mir noch ein zwei scharfe Messer und eine Teekanne gefehlt aber das war nicht dramatisch. Abends hört man die Autos der Straße recht deutlich aber ist alles im Rahmen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung zum Erholen und Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, hell und ruhig, freundlich und neu eingerichtet, die Küchen- und Badausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, der reservierte Parkplatz ist gleich neben der Terrasse, alles war wunderbar sauber und trotz der Lage an der Straße war es erstaunlich ruhig. Warmwasser, WLAN, TV und elektrische Geräte haben perfekt funktioniert. Zusätzliche Polster, Kinderbett, Staubsauger u.v.m. stehen zur Verfügung. Viele originelle Kleinigkeiten (z. B. indirektes Nachtlicht am Bett) zeigen vom liebevollen und durchdachten Einsatz des Vermieters. Zur Wohnung gehört sogar ein kleines Gärtchen mit gemütlicher schattiger Sitzgelegenheit. Ein Supermarkt ist schräg gegenüber, auch sonst ist der Ort lebendig und freundlich. Der Kontakt zum sehr netten Vermieter war schnell und problemlos, die Schlüsselübernahme ebenso. Eine Unterkunft, die man ruhigen Gewissens sehr gerne weiterempfehlen möchte!

Vorrei fosse casa mia!

Tutto, l’appartamento è super accogliente, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort! Ci siamo sentiti assolutamente a casa, arredata nel minimo dettaglio, se in vendita l’avremmo comprata! :D alla sera era davvero rilassante stare sul divano con le varie lampade accese che creavano un’atmosfera pazzesca, avevamo anche la possibilità di guardare film su un mega schermo su Prime, utilizzare YouTube etc. C’era anche la lavastoviglie! Complimenti per la cura di ogni dettaglio e comodità per il cliente, inoltre prezzo onestissimo!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage.

Wir haben uns rundum absolut wohl gefühlt. Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung, bis ins Detail mit Liebe gestaltet. Sehr sauber und genau so, wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und die Nähe zu allen Attraktionen ist mehr als praktisch. Wir haben von hier aus Hanger 7, die KTM Hall, Gut Aiderbichl, den Zoo Salzburg und Fantasiana besucht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank.
