We were happy to spend our time here!

We could come late night and everything was ready for us. Mornings were amazing! You can open a door from a balcony and you have amazing view directly to the mountains. The sun is going directly to the kitchen and living room and you can enjoy a breakfast. The owner is a really nice person and always asked us if everything is ok or we need something. They were also really kind to our 2 years old daughter. We will definitely come back again because you have a lot of places around to discover - On both the Austrian and German sides.

Lovely farm stay

It’s a lovely home. Luby is a great host to ensure our stay is comfortable. They sell milk and eggs too (it’s organic). The wifi connection is good, TV equipped with Netflix. A little far from city so not accessible by public transport. You need to have a car to come here.

Being in the farm therefore the smell of cow dung. But I’m ok with it.

Beautiful location, fun decor, host was very accommodating and provided 2 fans for us to help with the heat whenever we asked.

Apartment was hot (but host fixed that issue), no paper towels, only one kcup left for making coffee.

A very nicely designed apartment with cute view. There was everything you need for a short stay plus you can buy locally produced food.

Except of the apartment there was no space for guests and the place missed a bit of ambient. It's not a big thing and I would still recommend this place, if somebody looks for a quiet and remote location near Salzburg.

A truly idyllic place to recharge and enjoy the Austrian countryside

The view was truly breathtaking and the location is remote, surrounded by amazing green fields and animals. A perfect place to recharge and absorb all the beauty this part of Austria has to offer. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and really cozy and intimate. The host is a wonderful person, truly invested in making your stay as pleasant as possible !

Perfect apartment in a village near Salzburg. From the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of gracious meadows, cattle and sheep. The room is very clean and fully equipped. The host is nice and friendly. We enjoyed two days of peaceful and comfortable life in the village.

We had a wonderful stay.

The newly renovated apartment is exceptionally beautiful and cozy. There are big windows towards the south bringing a lot of light into the apartment and which provide an sensational view of the Alpen panorama. There are a lot of interesting paintings on the walls by the Artist Lubi Breitfuss - the host, who has pleasant and inspirational character, as does her husband Paul - a musician and in charge of the 60 cows. The apartment is in a quite rural setting but only 18 minutes by car from Salzburg. We enjoyed staying there a lot and plan to come back.

Guter Aufenthalt, leider schlechtes Wetter

Lubi als Gastgeberin ist total freundlich, unkompliziert und eine sehr aufgestellte Person, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Grosses und bequemes Bett, Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern (Danke! Das war nötig auf dem Land), grosses, modernes Bad, mit grosszügiger Dusche. Alles sehr sauber.

Die Lage war für uns nicht optimal. Wer nur auf dem Land unterwegs sein möchte, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Grundsätzlich mit Hund ist das ja ein Wunsch, aber es gibt keine Spazierwege oder ähnliches von dem Hof, die weg gehen. Es gibt nur Strassen, die von allen genutzt werden, also Radfahrer, Fussgänger und Autofahrer, die nicht gross Rücksicht nehmen auf diesen sehr schmalen Strassen. Küche war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet und das Sofa war zwar schön anzusehen, aber überhaupt nicht bequem zum liegen oder kuscheln. Designer Wohnung ist ein wenig übertrieben. Es hängen moderne selbst gemalte Bilder in der Wohnung und eine hippe Tapete. Das kann aber nicht darüber weg täuschen, dass es sich immer noch um ein für dort typisches Bauernhaus handelt.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Es gab alles was man braucht. Es war gut das es einen Gas Grill gab, somit war Grillen auch kein Problem.. Es gibt eine Kaffee Kapselmaschine. Aufpassen bei der Anfahrt. Manche Navis leiten einen auf Feldwege, Lage und Blick auf die Berge war top. Wer es ruhig mag, ist dord genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist auch gut gelegen um Salzburg zu besuchen.

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Appartement! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Traumhaft ruhige Lage! Extrem gemütliches Bett!!! Und eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin!!! Auch unsere beiden Hündinnen waren herzlich willkommen...

Einfach traumhaft

Es war einfach toll, wir wurden persönlich von der Gastgeberin herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet & die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Man hört nachts nichts außer der Natur. Nur die Grillen Zirpen & die Frösche quaken leise. Selbst die Kühe vom Bauernhof sind nicht zu hören. Unser Sohn (5) war super begeistert von den „Mini Muhs“ & das er die Schaukel & das Spielhaus nutzen durfte. War war ein super entspannter Urlaub & wir haben so gut geschlafen wie lange nicht mehr. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen & wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Trotz später Anreise konnten wir den Schlüssel direkt am Zimmer übernehmen.

Es gibt keinen Aufzug für die, die einen schweren Koffer schleppen müssen.
