Thessaloniki is a good tourist place even on winter,. the price is balanced

Radiatorer in one room does not work, the heat from aircon inverter can't cover the heat loss. It feels very cold during end of december, the indoor climate is not like in Sweden with isolerade building heat, it is more like southern China. Toilet water tank doesn't work properly,

Spacious and newly renovated apartment with confy beds

Prompt response and clear instructions from the host. The apartment is spaciuos, newly renovated and the beds are big and confortable. Tv with Netflix. Overall, the price is excelent for the conditions.

Φουλ άνετο , τέρμα κοντά στο κέντρο με τα πόδια, εξυπηρετικοί οικοδεσπότες! Μας είχαν αφήσει προϊόντα για πρωινό και καφέ! Τοὺς ευχαριστούμε πολύ και για τα σαπουνάκια!!

Ολα ήταν καλά, ενδεχομένως να χρειαζόμασταν λίγο χαρτί αλλά τα σούπερ μάρκετ είναι δίπλα.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα, το σπίτι λειτουργικοτατο, με παροχές για μαγείρεμα, το μπάνιο άνετο κ τα κρεβάτια επίσης. Το σπίτι ήταν δίπλα στο σταθμό του τρένου κ του μετρό και πάρκινγκ ακριβώς από κάτω για όσους ταξιδέψουν με το αυτοκίνητο. Σίγουρα ήταν value for money!!!!!

Fiyat performans olarak çok iyi

Öncelikle evin konumundan başlayayım çin mahallesi için tedirgin olanlar olmuş.Ailecek gittik 2 yetişkin iki çocuk mahelle dökük gözükse de biz sıkıntılı bir durum yaşamadık herkes işinde gücünde ayrıca ev oldukça temiz ve konforlu resimlerden biraz daha küçük ama 4 kişilik aile için ideal iki adet çift kişilik yatak var masada bizim için bırakılmış reçeller ve ekmek vardı bir de su birakilmisti teşekkür ederiz. Isınma problemi yaşamadık oldukça iyiydi doğalgaz var ayrıca klima var.Camasir makinesi mevcut 4 kişi için tabak, çatal var tava tencerede bulunmakta yağ var mı emin değilim biz sadece kahvaltı yaptik.Evin hemen önünde ücretsiz açık alan otaparki var biz iki gün arabayı oraya bırakıp gezdik ve olumsuz hiçbir şey olmadı. Atatürk'ün evine yürüyerek tempo 35 dakika ( çocuklarla )Aristoteles meydanına 15 dakika size naçizane tavsiyem Atatürk'ün evine yürüyerek gidip oradan aşağı Aristoteles meydanına doğru tarihi eserleri görerek ilerlemenizdir yorucu ama keyifli.Resimlerde balkon tam olarak gozukmesede güzel küçük ve uzun iki sandalye ve küçük bir masanın olduğu bir balkonu var.

Olumsuz olarak sadece sifon bazen takılı kaliyordu bir puanı oradan kırdım. İyi bir usta el atarsa iyi olur biz bir şekilde hallettik.

Ανετη και ήσυχη διαμονή στην περιοχή Βαρδάρη Θεσσαλονίκη

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε παλιά πολυκατοικία, αλλά είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Πολύ καλή τηλεόραση και ίντερνετ. Γενικά καθαρό, άνετο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ήσυχο αν και σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο. Λιγότερο από δέκα λεπτά από σταθμό μετρό με τα πόδια. Περίπου ένα τέταρτο από Λαδάδικα. Σχετικά εύκολο ελεύθερο πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή αν και στην ανάγκη υπάρχουν και ιδιωτικά, οικονομικά.

Αν και ανακαινισμένο υπάρχουν μικροφθορές που πρέπει να επισκευαστούν. Γενικά η γύρω περιοχή είναι λίγο εγκαταλελειμμένη από το δήμο... πράγμα για το οποίο δεν ευθύνεται το κατάλυμα...

Agréable enrichissante mais sans le quartier chinois …

Nous avons apprécier l'intérieure du logement les literies au top la deco simple et correct et la propreté ainsi que le service de linge de lit et de de bain.

Alors la nous n'avons pas apprécier l'entrée et les communs du logement négliger pas entretenu correctement vitre brisée de la porte d'entrée courrier au sol porte de cave démolie ascenseur très moyen et pas très propre, manque de casseroles une seul et une poêle difficile de cuisine pour plusieurs la clenche de la fenêtre de la douche qui tombe et alors le pire l'eau de la douche italienne fui en dehors du rebord et inonde toute la salle de bain au sol problème d'étanchéité . Pour ce qui est du balcon extérieure négliger pas entretenu ni propre bémol une table et deux chaises extérieure pour 4 ? et quand a la vue de l'extérieure ça ne vous donne pas envie de vous y installer vue sur un immeuble en démolition sale limite démonter nous sommes dans le quartier chinois industrielle et de grossiste tout le quartier alentour et catastrophique on ce croirais en temps de guerre devant la vue est affreuse vue sur des tas de containers de poubelles déchets et terrains vague rempli de déchets en tout genre d'immeuble détruits on pourrais croire que tout a était bombarder vraiment un quartier a éviter tellement ces moche et sale dommage que les photos sur le site ne vous montre pas les extérieures car ça ne donnerais pas envie de réserver. L'établissement intérieure est correct mais le nom Suite luxure n'est vraiment pas un nom a utiliser pour ce quartier et cette emplacement je ne comprends même pas booking d'avoir mis un avis aussi élevé pour cette appartement? il devrais vraiment revoir leurs décision j'ai des photos et une vidéo du quartier en preuve sans quoi l'appartement déplacer dans le centre ville oui il pourrais porter ce nom moi je n'y retournerais plus juste pour l'emplacement.
