Big nice apartment

Other than those thing that would really make this appt close to magical we had a great time and would love to come back

Location is great, appt is so spacious and beautiful. Two decks for outdoor sitting.

Only one bedroom has decent bed and in the glam appt like this it would have been nice for other two to be real comfortable beds because other two are low quality matress and really hard. Appt didnt have enough toilet paper so we had to get some because the host didnt respond.

Apartment was spacious and had pretty good location

From the moment of our arrival, we were extremely disappointed with the condition of the apartment. The property was clearly not cleaned prior to our check-in — there was a significant amount of human hair scattered across the floor, to the extent that all six of us had to purchase slippers from a local store and clean parts of the apartment ourselves, as it was too uncomfortable to walk barefoot or even in socks. Furthermore, we encountered excessive dust on the curtains and inside the wardrobes. Before placing any of our belongings inside, we had to clean the wardrobe interiors using wet wipes. Another serious issue was the lack of reliable hot water. After contacting the host, we were advised to use a switch to activate the water heater. However, even after following these instructions, the water took 30–45 minutes to heat up, and only lasted long enough for one person to shower briefly before turning cold again. With six of us needing to shower each day, this was a major inconvenience and completely unacceptable. In addition, the apartment did not provide a sufficient number of duvets and blankets. Although we requested additional bedding—explaining that while we share sleeping arrangements, we are not couples and each person would prefer their own blanket—our request was denied. The host even questioned whether more people were staying in the apartment than initially booked, which we found inappropriate and unhelpful.

The apartment is very large, everything was clean. Lots of light sources and natural light. Large selection of dishes. Two bathrooms with showers and a bath. A great option for a large family!

Charm in the heart of Belgrade

Nice apartment in a perfect location. Very close to the airport shuttle and easily accessible to the local transports. Very good design and spaces to spend time with friends. They helped us after checking out as well with our bags. Small things matter a lot to a lot of people. Thank you.

It's a small suggestion. The apartment will become perfect if you could provide locks in every door of the rooms. Especially at the shower and toilet.

Merhaba, Bu ev sahipleriyle yaşadığımız üzücü olayı paylaşıyorum. Kesinlikle bana bundan sonrası için ders oldu. Buraya gitmenizi tavsiye etmiyoruz. Bookingden yaptığımız rezervasyon sonrası eve giriş yaptık. Ev sahibiyle whatsapptan yazışıyoruz. Bana gitmeden önce ücreti kapıdaki şifreli kutuya koymamı söyledi. Eve girdikten sonra gelip alacak mısınız yoksa oraya bırakalım mı dedim. Oraya bırakın arkadaşım alacak dedi. Bizde toplam 407 Euro bedeli. 405 + 2 euro olarak oraya koyup şifresini kitledik. Koyduğumuz anda da yazarak bilgi verdim. O gün hiçbir ses çıkmadı. İlk akşam yorgun olduğumuz için biz erken yattık. Yattıktan sonra saat 23:03 de whatsaptan ev sahibi yazmış. Mesajda: kutuya arkadaşının baktığını ve sadece 2 euronun olduğunu başka para bulamadıklarını hızlıca parayı koyup onlara bilgi vermemizi söyledi. Biz okuyunca şok olduk. Şaka yaptığını felan düşünerek biz parayı bıraktığımızı ve bu durumun sinir bozucu olduğunu kamera kayıtlarına bakın gibi yönlendirmeler yaptık. Fakat onlar daha önce böyle bir durum yaşamadıklarını ve parayı koymam gerektiğini ilettiler. Bir süre karşılıklı yazıştık. Kabul etmedik ama yaklaşık 3 saatimiz stresli geçti. Bookingle görüşeceğimizi ya da kamera kayıtlarına bakın diye ısrar edince patronumla görüşeyim dedi. Birkaç saat sonra patronunun ilginç bir durum olduğunu ama problem olmadığını ilettiğini söyledi. Biz bu durumdan hiç birşey anlamadık. Kesinlikle bizi dolandırmaya çalıştırdılar ısrarcı olunca vazgeçtiler. Belki çalışan belki ev sahibiydi bilmiyorum. Ama bir daha ben kilitli kutuya para koymayacağım. İsteyen gelip alabilir. Hep bu şekilde ödeme yapıyordum sorun yaşamamıştım ama bu ilk oldu. Evin pis olduğunu felan yazmıyorum bile. Konumu iyiydi ama ev pis ve kalitesiz bir evdi.

Foarte foarte spațios, extrem de curat, finisat modern și dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie, inclusiv mașina de spălat.

Fiind in centru, este foarte greu cu parcarea, probabil pe viitor ar fi buna o colaborare cu o parcare apropiată.
