Хозяйка квартиры Иванна доброжелательный, прекрасный человек, отзывчивая, на все вопросы отвечала оперативно, помогала. В квартире было всё самое необходимое для проживания и даже больше. Понравилось месторасположение квартиры ко всем достопримечательностям, вокзалу, кафе, ресторанам, к морю идти 10 минут, к вокзалу 15 минут. В тихом районе Сиракуз, до ближайшего супермаркета 7 минут пешком,рядом с квартирой находится Caseificio Ciane ( магазин сыров, там можно приобрести не только сыры, колбасные изделия, вино и тд, даже можно покушать завтрак/обед/ужин) там подают потрясающе вкусные Коноло, Фабио добрый, отзывчивый. В целом очень понравилась квартира и хозяйка Иванна. Обязательно вернёмся.

Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Die Küche und das Schlafzimmer waren modern und gut ausgestattet.
Bei unsere Ankunft war das Bad dreckig und an der Decke war großflächig Schimmel. Dieser wurde nach einigen Tagen (die Besitzerin war krank) entfernt und das Bad war wieder uneingeschränkt nutzbar. Generell war es sehr schwierig die Feuchtigkeit aus dem Bad zu bekommen.
