Ho apprezzato tutto, dalla posizione, alla camera, la pulizia e soprattutto le piccole attenzioni che l’host ha avuto. Due capsule per il caffé, calici in vetro accompagnati dal cavatappi (grande segno di attenzione perché spesso trovi i calici ma poi il vino come lo apri?), stendino, tavolino con tovagliette per la colazione e bollitore, frigorifero con congelatore comodissimo per preparare le bevande al caldo delle spiagge.. Sembrano piccole cose ma nell’insieme sono un grande segno di attenzione!

Niente da dire (considerate che la struttura è composta da un appartamento e una camera, se prenotate la camera non c’è la cucina!)

The building is located in a less polished (more authentic) district, with actual local folks living around. The street is pretty quiet in the night. There is Madonna delle Lacrime very close, some nice local pizzerias and bakeries. 20 minutes to the train station. Anything in Siracusa is pretty walkable and felt decently safe. The room was spacious, clean, with enough cupboards, hangers. Huge bed, sitting chairs, nice decor, tea kettle, warm bed-side lights for the late evening. A balcony to check the street and hang some clothes. The bathroom with shower corner felt nice too. The air was hot in the evenings (windows to the west) - but AC worked well, even if one had to insert the key first. Wi-fi worked fast, without issues. The communication with the accommodation contact was pleasant, timely, I got precise instructions. Even if they prefer WA over the booking.com chat.

Minor details that could be improved: I did not mind that the building was old, but the outside entrance door was banging. The first entrance door to the accommodation's ante-room was really difficult to open/close (stuck against the floor). Distinguishing between the two rooms - which one did I book - was unclear. Labeling please. I could hear the neighbors from the next room, sometimes. Lowering and raising the windows shades was very loud - I was worried about the neighbors - some oiling might be needed. Clothes hanging strings on the balcony would be handy - I used mine because I had it with me. The instructions for recycling on different days were quite complex, especially with just one trash bin and one bag. Though not that much overhead.

Le calme et le confort, l'équipement de la cuisine.

Le manque d'éclairage naturel de la chambre et la cuisine; l'appartement d'origine a été séparé d'une chambre donnant sur la rue (bien éclairée grâce à son balcon) et louée séparément. La chambre et la cuisine de l'appartement se trouve à l’arrière et les fenêtres donnent sur la cour intérieure, la terrasse est située sur les toits et n'est accessible que via un escalier. En été cela est certainement très appréciable pour conserver un peu de fraîcheur.

Mieszkanie zbyt ciemne (tylko jedno okno wychodzące na sąsiednie mieszkanie, podwórko). Zbyt mała kabina prysznicowa.
