We could park on the street for free, so that was nice. Being on the ground floor meant that we didn't have to climb stairs with suitcases. The Carevagio painting was in a church really close by.
In retrospect we would have preferred to be closer to Ortigia which has more to see and do. We could walk there but it would have been more fun to be closer to the main tourist area.
