Fausto's House 2

Soggiorno di 2 notti in 4 persone. Esperienza molto positiva. Fausto ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza e disponibilità. L'appartamento è grande e ben arredato, con spazi comodi per tutti. Posizione strategica: comodo da raggiungere in auto il parcheggio per Ortigia, vicino al molo. Torneremmo volentieri.

Unico neo: il bagno è un po' piccolo e in un paio di occasioni si è sentito un leggero odore di scarico. I cuscini del letto leggermente scomodi.

Wir waren im Juli 2 Nächte mit Baby und Kind in Faustos House und waren begeistert. Es ist sauber, hübsch eingerichtet, modern und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Fausto ist sehr hilfsbereit und zeigt einem alles, was man wissen muss. Das Apartment ist zentrumsnah und es sind mehrere Cafés in direkter Umgebung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Location which is on the walking distance from a lot of nice places, how the property is arranged. Owner- Fausto, is great young guy who will help you about lot of things, and is always there for any questions.

To be mark 10 on the booking the place has to be sparkling clean - this accomodation was just OK. Things like - shower holder full of rust, limescale in the bathroom, mould on the wall, a bit destroyed and some rusty kitchen pots…. This are the things to be improved. This does not cost a lot and can help to maintain the place in the good shape and have happy customers. Add on - Before writing this review I informed kindly Fausto on the content of it to avoid surprises( same like here) he promiased he will take care of the issues already the day after we left. It was a good size & within 10 minute walking distance of the greek theatre etc. 30 mins walk from Ortigia

The terrace wasn't a terrace but rather a very small alley at the side of the house, grubby walls, big A/C unit & no view. Not the terrace we had hoped for, definitely eoukd nit sit & relax there. The apartment is listed as having a city view, it has not it just has one window which faces onto the street & the houses opposite. No toiletries, only hand soap. Shower cubicle, hose, towel rack & bin all very worn & rusty.
