Posizione molto comoda per chi viene in macchina perché non è distante da Ortigia e si può parcheggiare nei dintorni senza grossi problemi. Fulvio il proprietario è una persona squisita, ci ha accompagnato personalmente alla nuova spiaggetta che hanno aperto a due passi da casa. Abbiamo preso l’appartamento grande e devo dire che è molto spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort.
La struttura è al piano terra, si percepisce umidità ma con i condizionatori accesi l’effetto va via. L’acqua di Siracusa ha un sapore salato, abbiamo preferito comprarla. La zona sembra un pò degradata ma comunque molto sicura anche di notte.

The apartment is very big and spacious and nicely decorated. Check-in was very easy with the lock box and the host let me check in early, as the apartment was already available. There is a nice little garden inside the property with chairs to sit outside if you want. The bed was comfortable and the apartment has everything you need for a nice stay. Finding a free parking spot close to the apartment was very easy.
