We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen door de vriendelijke Ricardo die ons heeft geholpen en altijd klaar stond om onze vragen te beantwoorden. Het appartement was schoon en voorzien van alle nodige dingen. De locatie was centraal vlakbij het treinstation en de bussen en ook op loopafstand van het strand en van Ortigia.
Voor ons met een lange verblijf van 15 dagen, was het ontbreken van de wasmachine, lastig. De eigenaar stond open voor onze feedback en dat komt dus goed in de toekomst.

Perfect location. comfortable appartment and parking available next to it. Easy contact less check in and check out. Kind and responsive Staff. Globally, good price value!

Nice new rooms with everything you need. Free parking, which was a huge plus for us. Very nice host.
Just be aware that it is apartment on the ground floor with windows to the hall in the building, not outside. Although it was not a problem for us (room was quiet and I did not feel any bad smell that was mentioned in some other reviews), you should know it so you will not be surprised :)
