Apartment was spacious and equipped with everything you may need for cooking. Perfect for short or long term stays. There was a washer and a dryer which is rare in Italy. Location is convenient with large supermarket down the street, close to bus stops and the train station. 15 min walk from historic center in Ortigia. Christian who is a caretaker was amazing answering questions and making sure we had everything we needed.
The master bedroom mattress was sagging in the middle and should be replaced.with the new one. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each washroom and only one papertowel roll in the kitchen for our whole stay- it would be great to have supply for those basics in the apartment. Towels appeared worn off and should be replaced.

Appartamento ampio, con bella cucina attrezzata, bagni con tutto ciò che serviva parente anche lavatrice. . Comodo sia per visitare Ortigia che il Parco Archeologico di Siracusa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
I materassi andrebbero sostituiti soprattutto nei divani a letto. Noi essendo in 8 ne abbiamo usufruito e alcuni erano veramente scomodi.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. We were a company of six with small child and we had a lot of privacy, yet a very large kitchen and dining area to hang out together. The area outside the apartment has many shops and it was a short ant pleasant walk to Ortigia, even coming back late at night we felt safe.
Our host was very nice and prepared the apartment much earlier than he was supposed to.
The building is undergoing some reconstruction, but it didn’t bother and when it’s done, it’s going to look nicer. Finding parking in the evening is very challenging.

Beim Online Check-In musste eine weitere Gebühr von 76€ bezahlt werden. Anscheinend eine Steuer (mit Auslandsgebühr??). Dies ist lt. Booking ein Betrug, da es nicht im Endpreis aufgeführt war. Gastgeber reagiert nicht auf Nachfragen etc. Eine Rückerstattung von Booking ist nur mit Rechnung möglich, die es natürlich nicht gibt. Deshalb: Nicht zu empfehlen
