Wonderful Italy Suites

It was a pleasure stay! We were worried about the entrance to the accommodation since other reviews said it was a difficulty, however, we didn’t experience any issues, everything worked as described in the email. The accommodators responded to every question via Wattsapp. A beach is 15 minute walk, city center is also really close, so the location worked greatly for us!

Few things in the kitchen were missing, like paper towels, salt or a container for fruit (to take to the beach with you). The towels were so smelly, I don’t think any washing gel was used while washing.

The room was big, nic, very modern, comfortable, everything was cleane. I like garbage separation. Was walking fistance to many points of interest. Bus and train just at the corner. Good contact either the jest.

No that i did not like , but i am not familiar with that kind of cooking plate. Instraction is necessary. I do not feel comfortable to send my personal information ( passport throught internet.

It is spacious, bright and tidy, and the indoor facilities are well equipped. The surrounding environment and geographical location are favourable.

Improve the check-in introduction

Overall, I had an okay experience with Wonderful Italy. The highlight of my stay was definitely the beautiful view from the fourth-floor balcony.

I had many issues with this property, starting with poor communication from the staff. I booked a 13-night stay, but there were no cleaning supplies in the apartment, and there wasn’t even an iron, which I find unacceptable for accommodation at this standard. The biggest issue, however, was how they handled their own mistake. I wanted to extend my stay, but they told me the apartment was unavailable. Because of this, I had to book another place at a higher price. Out of curiosity, about an hour later I checked the availability on Booking.com and discovered that the apartment was actually still available for the exact dates I needed. Since I had already booked another accommodation and paid more, I contacted Wonderful Italy about the issue. They acknowledged the mistake and promised to refund me, but I still have not received the money. Overall, I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and would not recommend staying with Wonderful Italy.
