Le Tre Casuzze

La casa è pulita e funzionale. La posizione è comoda anche se Ortigia non è vicinissima.

Great place on the 3rd floor with a huge balcony. There was also a smaller balcony from the bedroom. Comfortable bed, big bathroom with washing machine. During our stay everything was provided including washing detergent. Bc of flight delays we got in really late and cold drinks were waiting for us, which was really appreciated. Luca was always quick to respond and we requested baby chair and extra sheets and both were provided within 30 minutes. The place is a great base to explore Syracusa and its beautiful beaches. Highly recommended

Sofa bed is not that comfortable unfortunately

Location was excellent, a short walk to Ortigya island but with the benefit of ‘real’ shops and cafes. Washing machine and balcony were useful. Basic cooking items, coffee, oil, S&P, provided. Owner shared a great guide to the area.

Very basically kitted out kitchen. More glasses and plates, a sharp knife, etc. would be appreciated.

La posizione in Corso Gelone permette di raggiungere Ortigia a piedi in circa 20 minuti. Per la colazione è a disposizione del caffè con lo zucchero, (camomilla, ecc.) anche se di fronte c'è una caffetteria storica che mi ha permesso di fare un'ottima colazione. Per la granita con brioche consiglio vivamente il Bar Teocrito, vicino la chiesa Madonna delle Lacrime non lontano dall'abitazione. L'ambiente, anche se un monolocale con letto matrimoniale nello stesso ambiente della cucina, è provvisto di tutto. L'host è stato gentile e disponibile.

La necessità di dover fare una spesa iniziale con prodotti per la pulizia della casa e non solo. Aggiungerei qualche stoviglia e qualche pentola. Ma nell'insieme c'è il necessario per passare in 2 persone uno splendido weekend.
