Abbiamo pernottamento all'Oikia Sea per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'appartamento è grazioso e accogliente, dotato di ogni confort e pulitissimo. Il parcheggio è gratuito e si trova molto facilmente, sulla strada. La posizione è strategica, perfetta per chi come noi vuole evitare lo stress della ZTL e del parcheggio impossibile di Ortigia, ma vuole comunque raggiungere il centro storico, il parco archeologico e il teatro greco in massimo un quarto d'ora a piedi! Ci ha accolti il signor Nuccio, davvero gentile, simpatico e disponibile. È stato un piacere soggiornare da lei, torneremo sicuramente a Siracusa!

La struttura è più spaziosa rispetto a quello che sembra dalle foto! Super fornita, c’è quasiasi cosa possa servire (ferro da stiro, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, aria condizionata, lavatrice e altro ancora)

Een eenvoudig appartment op 10 minuten loopafstand van het gezellige centrum. Op de 2e etage gelegen welke bereikbaar is met een lift. Over het bed waren de meningen verdeeld. Ik vond het heerlijk liggen, mijn vrouw niet. Douche is prima. Goede wifi. In dit appartement zitten geen ramen. Supermarkt en bakker in de straat. Je kan in de straat en omliggende straten gratis parkeren.

La propreté et l'aménagement du logement. La possibilité de se garer gratuitement à proximité.
Claustrophobes passez votre chemin. Ce logement n'est pas pour vous. Pratiquement aucune luminosité de l'extérieur. La désagréable impression d'être dans un bunker De ce fait la note globale attribuée me paraît bien trop généreuse.
