Spacious Family Home In The Heart Of Birmingham

The location was perfect, 1.4 miles from Bullring shopping centre so a 30 minute walk or an Uber for around £5-£7. Easy check in, owner very considerate and updated us on changes to plans. Overall the place was clean despite ongoing renovations at the moment. You can see the huge improvements made. Would recommend and would stay again no problem!

Parking as stated is not entirely promised close by, we did not have an issue however cars in the drive may make it slightly difficult for multiple vehicles. Check out instructions to do with waste (i.e recycling etc) could do with clearer instructions but otherwise suited our needs and great value for money.

Good value basic accommodation with driveway parking. Close to bus route for travel into town. Friendly and helpful renter.

Near where we needed to be. Off street parking, although no dropped curb, so would be tricky with lowish car.

They tried to cancel 3 days before. Only after I insisted we had to stay there on these days, was a confimation agreed. Positive point there. Property midway through DIY refurbishment, very dusty, not very clean anywhere, missing kitchen items (luckily we didn't need these), bed so-so, bathroom recently done but not clean. Was told oven wouldn't be working. Garden a mess, unsuitable for children at the moment. In my view best to finish the refurbishment and then rent out again. Could be nice, but difficult to rate at the moment. We chose to stay because we couldn't get an alternative in the location we needed (helping family member move house), so bed and bathroom was all we needed.
