Modern, clean and great location.

Towels and sheets were stained and worn out form rigorous use. Access to the property was difficult due to 3 separate emails being sent before check in. Apartment got cold at night and there was only 1 space heater (central heating wasn’t able to turn on). Although there is a cleaning fee applied, host still requested us to wash and pack dishes as well as take rubbish out.

Perfect place to stay for Disney

Great setup, plenty of space for somewhere to crash whilst going to Disneyland. Very clean, safe area and handy parking space. 8 mins to Disney Village Indigo parking (which is ideal for both parks and closer + cheaper than the main Disney parking). Will book again!

Perfect apartment in a great location

A lovely, modern, clean & well equipped apartment in a nice safe location which was ideal for trips to Disney, Val D’Europe & access into Paris centre. You can walk to Disney (25 min & well lit at night) or a 10 min taxi ride for 7 cost between €15-25 each way. You can also get the RER train to Disney which is about 15 min walk to the station. We walked to Val D’Europe shopping centre which was about 15-20 mins away. The aquarium there was nice to visit, takes about 1-2 hours to get around if you stay to watch penguin feeds etc. There is an Aldi about 5 mins walk away from the apartment & a couple of kids playgrounds. There’s a few patisserie/bakery shops & places to eat within 5-15 mins walk & lots of choice of places to eat in the shopping centre. We had a day trip to Paris using RER which are very regular (40 mins journey) costing €5 per adult return, under 10 is half price. Caroline is a super host & very quick to respond to any questions. We appreciated the tea, coffee, condiments & toiletries left for us to use. We would definitely recommend staying at Bella Notte as everything was great & we hope to return again in the future.

Good price for the quality.

This apartment is perfect for going to disneyland. It's about a 13 minute walk to the train station and only 2 minutes on the train. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. It also has a nice bathroom with a showet with good pressure. However the walls between the rooms are very very thin. You can hear everything from the other rooms. The pillows are also very thin, I was glad I brought my own pillow. I think this apartment has a well price/quality ratio. It is a very good option for the price and it has a nice atmosphere. Only consider bringing your own pillow and maybe some ear buds.

Nice base for Disney

The apartment is lovely and it's 16-17 mins walk to the train station for Disney and also into Paris. Good coffee machine, comfy beds and TV with Netflix etc... for the kids. The host was very responsive with the access issue we had.

Getting into the place was a problem for us. The instructions, which are very detailed make it challenging but also the app with the door lock on wasn't working at all. You have to be on the wifi and their Bluetooth (turns out there may have been a problem with the wifi). It took us an hour to get access to the apartment and the parking and after a long day with young kids, it was a headache we didn't need. There is no contingency (like a key 🤯) for this system other than Caroline manually overriding the lock during a what's app exchange. She was brilliant but the system is a shocker for me. Then the next day, first thing, loud drilling as there was maintenance work (was both mornings we were there). I think we just had bad luck.

Pas facile à trouver et beaucoup de système avec gsm aimant pour le garage.

Pas de chauffage quand on est arrivé Donc pas chaud mais la propriétaire nous a dit qu’il y avait 3 électriques portables . Le lavabo est complètement bouché dans la salle de bain

Pour le reste rien à dire .appartement sympa hyper bien équipé meme pour des bebes dans un quartier calme. 18mn de la gare de val d europe. Des commerces proches . Supermarché et boulangerie pâtisserie tres bonne. Ligne de bus vers la gare pour ceux qui le souhaite.

L accès à l appartement un peu compliqué malgré les informations reçues mais sur des mails successifs. Cloisons des chambres très minces qui amplifient le moindre bruit.

Prima en aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Prettige moderne en volledige inrichting, privacy, terras, aparte toilet en vriendelijke host. Goede bereikbaarheid RER A station met bus vlakbij waardoor je snel in Parijs of Disneyland bent. Bij RER station groot winkelcentrum waar je op weg naar huis even wat boodschappen kunt doen. Fijn dat er een parkeerplaats is in de onderliggende parkeergarage. Goede plek om uit te rusten na alle indrukken.

De directe omgeving is nieuwbouw, dus niet heel uitnodigend voor een wandeling. De toegang ging via een app downloaden, dus wat lastiger als je niet zo handig met je mobiel bent. Werkte na installatie wel goed.

Service, Lage und Preis-Leistung waren perfekt. Sehr ruhige und angenehme Lage, Disneyland in direkter Nähe schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Alles Top!
