Good location but not having proper en-suites and 1 toilet with no sink was deal breaker for us, won’t return

Beautiful art deco style exterior , with variety of restaurants below apartments, supermarket right across the road, fab patisserie few minutes walk away,8 minutes walk to train station and fab shopping mall, and a Bicester village at back of it for all designers outlet stores, 35minute taxi to airport or take train . 2 nice balconies for summer but not in January ,it was -5 Nice kitchen and living room.

It is advertised as apartment that sleeps 8 but would be bit of a nightmare really, 2 double bedrooms, twin room and presume a sofa bed. My friend and I like a room each and bathroom each but only one room as adjoining shower and sink, the all other ppl staying then have to use bath and sink in other bathroom in hall, none of bathrooms have toilets so have to use 1 toilet with NO sink in hall for 8 people,and water was cold at night for shower, warmer in morning but no chance of all getting a warm shower if max capacity, had I have known this I would not have booked this apartment as it was very inconvenient or sanitary to use bathroom then go to other area to wash hands especially through the night. The description was misleading . The interior was not as well finished as exterior , not enough hangers to hang clothes, not enough curtains to close properly in bedrooms.mismatched bedside tables or not enough, one lamp was not working and very dusty. Unfortunately my friend couldn’t find hairdryer, she had told me she looked in her bathroom, I looked everywhere else and messaged Junior the concierge, he told me it had sticker on cupboard , I couldn’t find sticker and asked while we were out if he could drop us one off for our return, I then got rude reply with photo of hairdryer , the hairdryer was on top of sticker inside the cupboard under the sink, and that I had looked very badly! My friend who was quite unwell on leaving was told to move from foyer as cleaner was mopping quite rudely and we were just about to leave she was waiting for me to empty my rubbish from apartment in bin down the street, walking past 2 cleaners to do it! I am cleaning tidy person but don’t expect to take rubbish out that’s all part of cleaning fee!

Disney short visit

Perfect location for us and walking distance to restaurants and shops The train was 10 minutes walk and Disney 5mins on the train. The rooms are large and there are 2 balconies so there is plenty of space.

It is difficult to make negative remarks as we really enjoyed staying. I must point out that we had a few problems. The biggest problems were firstly no hot water for a bath or hot showers. It was cold and we really wanted something better than luke warm at best.!!! Heating is set at 1 temperature and could not be turned up ! We were 6 adults and it says 2 bathrooms which there were however ONLY 1 TOILET! You have to take your own towels as again there simply are not enough if you have full occupancy.

Bed bugs

The location

There were bed bugs , we were moved to a different apartment for one night and afterwards we had to find a hotel as they told us they were receiving other family and there was no room for us,, the owner offered a 100% refund which has not been received yet nor the deposit asked when the reservation was done. Besides waking up with these little bugs and having bites all over the body causing a lot of itch has been horrible.

Ideal location and flat was comfortable and good to have parking in the building

The location and the surrounding areas were perfect for our family trip to Disney. Pradeep who we corresponded with was always available with all correspondence. He kept us up to date with issues with the lift. He was excellent

The lifts were not working We totally understand that this is something out of anyone’s control and Pradeep did everything he could to get them sorted, however we were on the 4th floor and we had 2 young children with prams which was not ideal when you had to climb four flights of spiral staircases. Also from the parking lot it was quite a walk to the main entrance and was not very safe with the children. The blinds in one of the bedrooms did not work which meant the outside lights were shining through. It is advertised as two bathrooms but no toilet in either. There was one toilet between us to use which had no had basin in it

Perfect Stay for a Disney Adventure – Spacious, Quiet, and Super Convenient!

Collecting the keys was quick and easy, and the communication throughout our stay was always friendly and attentive. The apartment is located on the top floor, which we really appreciated—it was wonderfully quiet with no neighbors above us, making it extra peaceful. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets just a short 2–3 minute walk away. The apartment itself was a perfect size for our group of 5 adults and 2 children—spacious and comfortable for everyone. If you're planning to explore Disney, we highly recommend staying here. It made our trip smooth, relaxing, and fun!

We loved everything about the property. The location was perfect with restaurants, grocery stores, and the RER station all within 8 minutes walk. There was plenty of space for our family of five to spread out and relax after a long day. The host was very responsive and met us to help us park and show us the property. The place was very clean as well. The security of the site was also a big plus. Definitely the best place we have stayed so far on our 3 week Europe road trip.

There are only two things to not like about the property. The lack of towels. We were provided five bath towels and a few hand towels and one dish towel. The other was the beds are extremely hard, which is saying a lot since I like a firm bed anyways. Otherwise the stay was as perfect as can be expected.

الاقامه سئ جدا ولا أعيدها وصاحب الشقه رجل مخادع اخذ التامين كاملا من غير وجه حق

لم يكن هناك شي أعجبني في المكان سوا الموقع

كل شي لم يعجبني المعامله سئ وصاحب الشقه رجل مخادع وكاذب قبل الوصول بيوم ابلغني ان هناك تامين وان لم يتم الدفع لن تستلم الشقه وانا دفعت المبلغ كامل في بوكينق وفوق هذا دفعت له 300 يورو وقال هذا تامين وعند الخروج سوف نقوم بايداعه في حسابك وعند الخروج لم يودع ولا يورو فأخذ المبلغ من غير وجه حق فقد قمنا بتنظيف الغرف قبل الخروج وكذالك أرجعنا كل شي بمكانه ورمينا القمامه وكل شي على مايرام ولاكنه كاذب اخذ المبلغ التامين كامل وكذالك فالاثاث قديم والمطبخ صغير ولا تتوفر فيه جميع الأغراض للطهي وكذالك رائحه الشقه كريهه وكانك جالس في حمام عمومي ولا يوجد سوا حمام واحد لمرحاض والرائحه كريهه ولا توجد تهويه وقبل الحجز من الموقع كان موضحا ان هناك حمامان خاصين ولاكن لم يكون هناك إلا مرحاض واحد انصح وبشده عدم تأجير هذه الشقه وكذالك عندما اردنا الخروج قمنا بتنظيف الغرفه والحمام والصالة ورمينا القمامه ولم يسلمنا التامين اخذه كاملا بغير وجه حق أنا لن أعيد التجربه من شقه فاشله مثل هذه الشقه واتمنى اخذ الحيطه والحذر لان صاحب الشقه رجل مخادع

anahtar teslim eden kişi ingilizce iyi bildiği halde ısrarla fransızca yazıştı whatsup üzerinden. kendisini görmeden önce eğitimsiz bir fransız ve ingilizce bilmiyor diye düşünerek sürekli translate ederek yazıştım (bir yandan seyahat etmeye ve valiz taşımaya çalışırken). ancak vardığımda gördüm ki eğitimsizlik değil nezaketsizlikmiş gerekçe. bu hiç hoş değildi.

La proximité de Disneyland les commerce à proximité l’espace dans Appart

Le problème c’est que ke parc ferme à 22h40 et nous somme rentrés à 23h mai il fallait parler en chuchotant car les voisin se sont plaint et j’ai était contacté c’est difficile pour un groupe de 8 de ne pas faire bruit pour se laver et manger

Onze verwachtingen overtroffen.

De hele woonkamer was echt heel mooi. Ook was het heel fijn dat er veel slaapkamers waren, omdat wij met een gezin waren.

Het enige wat ik kan zeggen is dat de locatie moeilijk te vinden was, misschien omdat wij niet uit Frankrijk komen. Maar het hotel en de service was echt meer dan geweldig

Murs très fins, 2 SDB sans WC, 1 WC séparé sans lave-mains médiocre pour 8 personnes, matelas très uncomfortable dans une des chambres, couteau et bol pas très propre. Seule chose qui était bien c'est les 2 emplacements

Ótimo apartamento para família, perto da Estação ReR e da Disney

Apartamento como novo, muito bem localizado, perto da estação de RER e a uma paragem da Disney. Cafés, restaurantes e supermercados "à porta". Quartos espaçosos e tudo muito limpo. Dois quartos de banho com duche ou banheira (sem.sanita) e outro quarto de banho só com sanita. Berço e cadeira de bebé. Foram deixados essenciais para alguns dias (detergente, pastilhas máquina louça e roupa, papel higiénico, cápsulas café) Recomendamos, ótima estadia!

Disneyland

La situació es perfecte per anar a Disneyland ja que el parc es troba a 10 minuts, al voltant de l'apartament hi han supermercats i un centre comercial molt gran per fer qualsevol compra. L'apartament es bonic, nou i la neteja molt bona. El complex d'edificis és nou.

Els llits no són comodes, sobretot en una de les habitacions de matrimoni. Nomès hi ha un WC per les 8 persones que hi estavem instal·lades a l'apartament. L'habitació gran de matrimoni no tenia armari per guardar la roba i la cuina és molt petita i amb poc emmagatzematge. Faltaven també estris de neteja com desifectant, baieta....
