Fun Family Friendly location.

Fabulous location for Disneyland Paris. Onsite parking is a bonus. Easy access to local shops, bars and restaurants. Hosts were flexible for bedding arrangements which helped with an elderly family member.

I do not recommend.

I was excited about this stay—the listing looked spacious and comfortable for our group. Unfortunately, we never saw the property. On check-in day, the host’s communication was aggressive and unfriendly, and I no longer felt comfortable proceeding, so I requested a same-day cancellation.

Initially, the host was responsive and agreed to a paid early luggage drop-off with a specific time window. I texted 30 minutes before arrival as requested but received no reply. After waiting outside for about an hour, we had to head to Disneyland and store our bags there. Since my phone couldn’t place domestic calls, our taxi driver phoned the host; according to him, the host was rude on the call. Shortly after, the host called me and repeatedly yelled, calling me “disrespectful” and threatening to cancel whenever I tried to explain. After roughly 20 minutes of this, I no longer felt safe and contacted Booking.com to cancel. Finding a last-minute alternative for six people was stressful and difficult. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property. Reliable communication and basic respect were lacking.

Good location for Disney and local amenities. Good family area. Let down by beds and lack of aircon

Property was close to Euro Disney and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Very secure building, great parking options. Big family room.

Property is advertised as having air-con. Unfortunately there was only one air con unit that we could use, which was in a bedroom. It was unseasonably hot and the upstairs sleeping area was unbearable, meaning our son had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. The bunk bed area isn’t suitable for young children as the stairs have no stair gate. There was only one drying cloth in the kitchen and nothing for washing up or for cleaning surfaces. Someone had left a mouldy washing up sponge which was quickly binned. The double bed in one bedroom was some sort of fold-down bed, which was not particularly comfortable.

A wounddeful stay

Everything, starting from the cleanliness and ending up with the great hospitality of our host. Everyone of the family members enjoyed very much the stay within a quite and friendly neighborhood. The property is brand new with modern furniture and fully equipped with the required facilities. We had to use the air conditioning for one day due to hot weather at that day and was very effective, we didn’t need the AC in the other days as the weather was great at night. The kids enjoyed watching the free provided Disney Channel on the big flat screen every morning while having their breakfast and getting ready to go to Disney Land :) It felt like home after all!

The trash bin location is somehow away from the villa, suggest to look at this point if possible.

l’emplacement de la maison la convivialité de la pièce principale ( cuisine et salon )

la literie notamment dans la seconde chambre ( c’est un lit armoire de dépannage ) qui n’est pas confortable la chasse d’eau de l’étage qui coule en permanence et comme l’an passé, l’ampoule cassée dans la salle de bain, le salon de jardin très sale avec les coussins éparpillés et le mur d’entrée sale avec le porte manteau non remis. dommage

Großes Haus, zwei Parkplätze, gute Dusche. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Eingang von Eurodisney. Reichlich Geschirr, toller Ofen (3 in einem).

Pfannen unsauber/ verfettet. Babybett verdreckt und wurde trotz Reklamation nicht getauscht oder gesäubert. Außenmöbel völlig vermost. Das kleine Gärtchen verwahrlost. Aufzug von der Tiefgarage nach oben defekt. Schrankbetten nicht sonderlich bequem.

الشقة جميلة وفي مكان هادئ وآمن والمطبخ نظيف ، ويوجد موقف سيارات بالقبو ، يتم الدخول للشقة عبر تطبيق بالجوال سهل الاستخدام ومريح. الشقة قريبة جدا من ديزني لاند وكذلك الاوت لت يوجد قريب من الشقة مشي اقل من 5 دقائق سوبر ماركت ومطاعم وفيه مطعم عربي بحريات يوجد فيه اكل حلال باريس قريبه بالسيارة اقل من ساعة

Schöner Urlaub in kleiner Gruppe.

Lage top. Sauber und unkompliziert alles. Unser Auto konnten wir in die Tiefgarage stellen. Zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit im Disneyland. Der Weg zur Bahnstationen war auch super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren im Umkreis vorhanden. Super Unterkunft um in einer kleinen Gruppe Urlaub im Disneyland und Paris zumachen.

L'emplacement trés proche de Disney. L'acces directe á la voiture depuis la maison.

La literie pourrait étre améliorée. La premiere ouverture de porte est compliquée car l'application sur Play Store n'existe plus.
