Very good staff, room was clean, staff could manage to allow us to check in a little bit earlier, good location, some shops and fast food restaurants around.
Furniture are really cheap, kind of IKEA basics. You can feel the cheap springs on the mattresses, place is noise as train rail are close, some constructions on the other side of the road, if you let the window open, room gets full of dust in 1 hour. The toilet exhaust is not working on the 408.

thought it was a nice location, quiet and well presented, felt very secure very strange living in student accommodation, but nice
No cooking facilities, ie Knife forks, plates or cups. No hair dryer as advertised website, not one clothes hanger to hang your clothes up. I think this may have been a mistake, but it must be checked before giving it out to people, and as we had no attention to eating in the room, we did not speak to anyone

The staff were really kind and considerate, no disturbance at all.
I must have made a mistake when booking because when it said apartments, I thought it was going to be a literal apartment with kitchen but it wasn't. That's not a huge problem though, I've done hotels before.
A bin and some toilet roll would have been handy and the shower started to fill up with water and leak onto the bathroom floor.
I pointed out the problem before I went home.
