Very good staff, room was clean, staff could manage to allow us to check in a little bit earlier, good location, some shops and fast food restaurants around.

Furniture are really cheap, kind of IKEA basics. You can feel the cheap springs on the mattresses, place is noise as train rail are close, some constructions on the other side of the road, if you let the window open, room gets full of dust in 1 hour. The toilet exhaust is not working on the 408.

Tolerated room wouldn’t book again

Room not suitable for two adults spent week in single occupancy Asked for another room as bed fixed in corner to the wall only one way in/out of bed and had to climb over each other to get out of bed Asked for another room but was told all rooms had a fixed bed in the corner of the room. No linen available on arrival room bin not emptied and no room cleaning during the weeks stay tv had no Ariel connections so unable too get transmission

Nosy location, not organised but friendly staff.

The night staff were very friendly and very apologetic about the situation.

I messaged our arrival time, was informed it would be fine and turned up to be told that there was no information left for the night team in relation to our booking. We were given a room to sleep in, which had nothing in it at all. Not even toilet roll. The evening staff were very apologetic, but the next day we had to ask for utensils, loo roll, everything and the reception staff didn’t even realise we hadn’t got anything. Even then we were given all of the stuff (e.g. no spoons for bowls, no washing soap or cloths). Just seemed a bit ridiculous and I would not return there. If you want cheap and cheerful I would stay at another student accommodation venue as this one clearly isn’t organised enough to cater for guest.

Clean beddings & bathroom .. friendly staff

No soap or shampoo or anything to wash your hand or body .. no bin or a plastic bag to put any trash .. no small table lamp for reading at night while in bed .. too much price for such facilities

nice weekend away in Newcastle

thought it was a nice location, quiet and well presented, felt very secure very strange living in student accommodation, but nice

No cooking facilities, ie Knife forks, plates or cups. No hair dryer as advertised website, not one clothes hanger to hang your clothes up. I think this may have been a mistake, but it must be checked before giving it out to people, and as we had no attention to eating in the room, we did not speak to anyone had to walk through a derelict area to get to this hotel over a overpass

Don’t stay here

It wasn’t too far away from the event we went to

It was grim, a nightmare to verify my identity with passports ect, an email saying we had to wash up and empty bins - hilarious considering there wasn’t one piece of cutlery or a glass in the room. The bed was hideous, cheap mattress & pillows, worst night in hotel we’ve ever had.

The staff were really kind and considerate, no disturbance at all.

I must have made a mistake when booking because when it said apartments, I thought it was going to be a literal apartment with kitchen but it wasn't. That's not a huge problem though, I've done hotels before. A bin and some toilet roll would have been handy and the shower started to fill up with water and leak onto the bathroom floor. I pointed out the problem before I went home.

I’m sure the lack of supplies will be rectified and when it is I would probably stay again.

Clean, comfy, nice staff and convenient.

A lovely kitchen that I couldn’t really use as there were no utensils or cleaning supplies.
