Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit Blick auf den See
Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt , Bahn in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Stellplatz auf den Grundstück.
Standartproblem der meisten Ferienwohnungen, zu wenig Haken im Bad um Handtücher aufzuhängen.
Sehr enge Zufahrt, einspurig, solange niemand entgegenkommt OK.
Das Haus liegt in der Umweltzone, die letzten Meter zum Haus darf man (soweit ich das Schild richtig verstanden habe ) eigentlich nur mit einer Genehmigung zurücklegen. dies wird nirgends in der Beschreibung erwähnt.
Kommunikation über WhatsApp mag sicher nicht jeder.

Very nice apartment! Everything was new and we loved the terrace with view over the lake. Great garden with pool and parking. Close to the beach and also the grocery shop.
Hard to arrive with car and drive in Italy due to the ZTL zones in every village. We asked about the zone, through the chat function in Booking, before traveling but did just get the answer to apply by ourselfs. The issue was that you need to have an Italian citizenship to be able to apply.

Très bel endroit. Nous avons pu récupérer les clefs dès notre arrivée sans avoir à attendre l'heure"légale".
Marinela s'est rendue tout de suite disponible, elle était sur site 10 minutes après notre contact.
Bien penser à suivre les instruction de réservation et s'inscrire sur le lien Whatsapp qui nous est envoyé.
Prestation de qualité, vue sur le lac comme indiqué sur le site, à proximité du centre de vie du village.
Attention aux radars en entrée et sortie de village
La terrasse est spacieuse et agréable ce qui permet de bien profité du soleil en fin d'après-midi
L'appartement est bien équipé en literie, en vaisselle et électroménager, manque peut être un micro onde
Ce n'est pas dramatique et en rien un gros point noir mais le premier jour le jardinier est passé un peu tôt (8h00) mais bon, c'est aussi pour ça que le parc est propre et agréable
