The views and amenities.

It feels like a retirement community and the neighbors at the pool seem judgmental. There are also a lot of restrictions about using the pool.

Amazing location. Clean and well appointed. Very responsive and friendly hosts.

The place was let down by the poor air conditioning. Yes, there was a heat wave at the time but, despite setting the air con to 16c and ensuring all external doors and windows were closed, the internal temperature never dropped below 27C. It meant sleeping at night was like an endurance test!
