Stunning location and well presented apartment. The instructions for check-in were clear and we had a great stay.

A few small things could be improved. The air con is OK - but doesn’t cool the top room which is noticeably less comfortable to sleep in and the bathroom sink - when we were there - was propped up by a temporary fix which was slightly dangerous with little kids.

De plek is fantastisch! Je rolt zo van je bed jet meer in. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit het appartement over het Como meer.

De stroom valt voortdurend uit, ook als je maar 1 machine gebruikt. De airco maakt heel veel lawaai. De airco in de slaapkamer blaast vanaf 50 centimeter je bed in. Er is heel weinig bestek etc. Matrassen boven zijn aan vervanging toe. Zwembad is helemaal niks, we werden in het Italiaans uitgekafferd door een oudere dame, toen we net waren aangekomen. Je moet (wisten we nog niet) een badmuts op. Dat hebben we dus niet meer gedaan, is ook niet echt lekker met 30 graden. Er is wel 5 x aangebeld of onze auto op de parkeerplaats stond, terwijl die van ons beneden staat in de garage. Je kan met een gezin niet douchen, er kunne. Maximaal 2 mensen douchen met de boiler. Dan moet je heel lang wachten voor de anderen kunnen douchen.

Wonderful setting with a fabulous view. It was spacious and had everything we needed.

The bathroom vanity was coming off the wall and the sink needed unblocking. The main bed was very hard. The air conditioner’s are very noisy.

The view and location were superb. The apartment and linen were clean. The agents for property are responsive.

One of the heaters leaked the whole time, even after calling for repair, so we had to keep it turned off. Also, there is a power load issue, whereby guests are told to turn the heating off to use kitchen appliances. If this had been disclosed upfront, we would not have stayed there. We were also given a remote key that didn't work properly so we were often stuck in the garage and the front gate as the battery was flat. We had to knock on a neighbour's door to let us out. The single beds upstairs had only a very thin blanket so I had to sleep with my clothes on to stay warm.
