Het appartement was ruim en schoon, met 2 balkons. De bedden lagen goed. Het zwembad was heerlijk, we hebben daar geen andere mensen gezien. We konden de auto parkeren in een garage, dat was fijn. Lierna is een klein en rustig dorpje met 2 strandjes, waarvan 1 op loopafstand (wel een heuvel op en af). Er is een lekkere pizzeria met een leuke binnentuin(vraag Davide).
Vanaf Lierna kun je met een ferry naar o.a Bellagio, dat is een mooi (maar wel toeristisch) dorp. Ook Varenna en Como hebben we bezocht (tip: ga vroeg in de ochtend anders wordt parkeren een uitdaging).

It was an absolutely lovely apartment! It is located a bit more uphill instead of right at the beach of the lake, but getting to the lake took only a walk of about 10 minutes! (Uphill is steep though, so keep that in mind)
The host was very friendly and very welcoming. He was even so nice as to print out all available ferries and their departing times, as well as the nicest places to visit around the lake. He also lets you know through Whatsapp which trash bags you should take out on which days, very helpful! The apartment is of the smaller kind, but it has everything you need, and most of all: IT HAS AIRCO. THANK THE GODS. Because you're gonna need it if you visit during summer. I would happily return if I ever visit again!

Great location, close by Varenna in a nice and quiet village. David is a great guy, really friendly and thinks with us in solutions. We took our own scooter with us and he maked a place in the parking where it could stand. The apartment is everything you need, we had a great time!
