Location and the clean bedding property seems small than picture advertisement

There was no heater , smell of cigarette & dirty couch cupboard was broken fridge had no ice tray

Did not enjoy our stay

The location was central to places we wanted to visit. There is a small supermarket outside.

1. There was no light switch in our bedroom upon arrive. It was physically missing, seemingly dislodged from the wall. 2. There was chewed up chewing gum found on both sides of the bed 3. False lashes were found in the shower 4. Shower was clogged 5. Only 2 towels were provided in the unit 6. The washing machine flooded the apartment. When the agent was called she was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unhelpful. She said mean things to us. However the manager in the chats was more reasonable. But we were traumatised by the call with the rude unhelpful agent.
