The apartment is clean, spacious and bright. The terrace exceeded all our expectations – we enjoyed spending time there every evening. It is an amazing space with a stunning view over Barcelona. The apartment is conveniently located in the city centre, within walking distance of the railway station and several metro lines. Another great advantage is that the building has a lift.
The apartment has four air conditioners, but unfortunately they did not cool the rooms properly in the Barcelona heat. They certainly made a difference, and without them it would have been even hotter, but we never really felt comfortably cool. The fans provided in the apartment helped as well. I would say that if the air conditioners were serviced or adjusted, the stay would be absolutely perfect.

Location
Not very clean, bathroom lavatory was dirty and clogged. The apartment was a little deteriorated.
