Budget apartment in the old city

It is located in the old city, all the main attractions are close. It has a bathroom and stove.

No electric kettle, no washing machine, room had a dirty carpet, bedsheets were dirty, asked to replace, replaced to also dirty (they were washed but still had some stains). Host was not clear where it was located, so i had to walk around and wait for response.

Air conditioning was good. Bed was comfortable. Brilliant location. The TV worked.

Paying for this property was a nightmare. The host tried to get us to cancel our booking and pay him under the table instead. Then he refused to commit to a specific time when he would come collect our payment, so we spent far too much of our holiday stressing about when he would suddenly want to collect it and having to message him instead of enjoying our holiday. He kept saying he was busy working and would come after (is hosting the property not his job??). He felt more like a landlord than a host. He was also very rude and unfriendly, giving abrupt replies to our questions. There were no bikes provided as described. The kitchen was very poorly equipped—not even anything to dry dishes with. The carpet was stained and the apartment was dirty. One of the towels was also dirty on arrival. I had to ask for check in info, address clarification, and the wifi password because not a single bit of instruction was provided and we hadn’t heard from the host by the time we were on our way to the property for check in. It was very difficult to find, so instructions were necessary but absent. Overall, it was a terrible stay and I would strongly advise other travellers to avoid this property.

Hard to get in contact with the host Dirty - crumbs on the floor, spider webs, dirty carpet Sewage smell coming from the bathroom It states that it has parking, there is not. Was supposed to get a message with the code 2 days before the stay - it was provided 10 minutes before check in time. The host tried to make us cancel the booking to avoid fees and give the money under the table

Great place to stay!

Clean, quiet apartment in a fabulous location at a very reasonable price. Super comfortable bed with nice covers and good pillows. Enclosed shower with good pressure and lots of hot water. Plenty of space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Strong wifi. Excellent communication via WhatsApp with the host before and during our stay. No elevator but the host was more than willing to carry luggage up the stairs for us. Outstanding location, literally just a few steps from Old Town sights and restaurants and a very short stroll to the Ohrid boardwalk. Both Alek and his cousin Krume were super helpful throughout our stay.

Everything was great and we highly recommend this property to other travelers. (If you’re arriving by car, be sure to consult with the host beforehand on the best route to reach the apartment as GPS can be misleading.)

Exceptional Stay at Apartment in Ohrid

During our recent visit to Ohrid, my wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding apartment, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and excellent service. The apartment is impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location is also ideal, situated just a short walk from the city center and very close to the Lake Ohrid. Our host was incredibly accommodating and provided us with great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. In summary, this apartment in Ohrid is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a blend of comfort. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Biraz geç kalacağımı önceden bildirdim 30 dk kadar geç ulaştım. Kimse yoktu. Msj attım kimse dönmedi, oradan bir esnaf teyzeden yardım istedim, arayıp oda numaramı ve şifrelerimi aldım. Yetkili birini sadece çıkarken para almak için geldi o zaman gördüm. It is obvious that the carpet on the floor has never been cleaned since it was laid. The bed was surrounded by wooden floors in dust. The inside of the doors of the shower cabin was covered with jet black moss. I informed in advance that I would be a little late, I arrived about 30 minutes late. There was no one. I sent a message, no one came back, I asked for help from a shopkeeper aunt from there, I called and got my room number and passwords. I saw someone in charge just to get money on the way out.

Tam bir fiyasko – Yanıltıcı bilgi ve amatörlük! Bu oteli yüksek puanına ve özellikle “ücretsiz otopark” ibaresine güvenerek ailem için rezervasyon yaptım. Ancak daha ilk günden korkunç bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Otele vardıklarında, oda sahibi telefonda otoparkın olmadığını söylemiş. Sonuç olarak ailem panik içinde 2 km uzakta, 2300 dinar ödeyerek özel bir alana park etmek zorunda kaldı. Üstelik yoğun yağmur altında valizleriyle 2 km boyunca yürüyerek otele ulaşmaları gerekti. Daha sonra itiraz ettiğimde ise, aslında 200–300 metre ötede bir otopark olduğunu “sonradan” söyleyip konum attılar. Bu, hem yanıltıcı bilgi vermek hem de müşteriyi mağdur etmek demektir. Tatilin ilk günü kabusa dönüştü. Bu kadar amatör, ilgisiz ve umursamaz bir işletme görmedim. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum!

Banyo biraz tozlu ve pisti yalan söyleyemeyeceğim sanırım bizden önce bir süre boşmuş daire konaklayan olmamış diye düşündüm birisi konaklasaydı eminim temiz olurdu. Bir de klima yeterli ısıtmıyordu hava aşırı soğuktu biz gittiğimizde yeterli gelmedi ısınma.
