There’s no need to look for another place in Ohrid — it’s a beautiful hotel with the comfort of a home.

Everything was wonderful. I can say that I’ve traveled almost all over the world, and I’ve rarely seen this level of cleanliness and quality. If you’re coming to Ohrid, you definitely don’t need to look anywhere else — this place truly feels like home.

The rooms are a bit small, but that’s completely normal. Since the rooms are minimal, they are very well designed, and every space has been used beautifully and efficiently.

The most beautiful place you can stay in Ohrid!!!

I liked everything so much. The rooms are very clean and everything is within walking distance. You can think of it as having the comfort of home. You can make your own coffee and tea in the common area. It’s a very lovely place, and I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who plans to come.

We loved this beautiful hotel located steps away from the Old Town of Ohrid. The owner was extremely helpful. Rooms with lake views have beautiful vistas. The hotel offers complimentary hot drinks, fruit, soup, and cookies in a pleasant room. Nice decorations.

1000% the place to stay! Unbeatable

The apartment is spacious with great decoration and the sun terrace is a massive highlight - the views are so stunning we could have stayed there all day staring out at the water! All the staff are super friendly and the location is unbeatable. You are right in the heart of the old town and next to everything you would want to see. A total gem, we absolutely loved everything about the place and were genuinely sad to leave.

Perfect Stay

The apartment was perfect. Beautiful view of the old city buildings and lake from our balcony. Room was well furnished and modern. There was a communal kitchen to use if needed otherwise tea and coffee making in room. Excellent coffee & hot chocolates from the machine in kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy, and the host was very helpful. Parking was convenient. Restaurants, attractions and the beach were very close by.

A must stay in Ohrid

The location was perfect (but was up a fairly steep hill). It is right next to the Church of St Sofia but we did not find it too busy or loud at all. It was really close to everything but very quiet for resting after a long day of exploring. The staff were really friendly and helped us multiple times with booking taxis and other advice. The room was very pretty, very clean and had everything we needed. We also had a balcony with a lovely view over Lake Ohrid. We could not recommend Villa Varosh enough - it was great value for an amazing stay.

Villa Varoush is a hidden gem in the old town of Ohrid.

It’s in a quiet location yet close to all the lakeside restaurants and cafes on Lake Ohrid. It’s easy walking to almost everything. Abundant taxis at airport.

Too easy to indulge in all the many restaurants just outside the doorstep.

Highly Recommend , beautiful villa in Ohrid!

Villa Varosh was amazing! Very nice room on 2nd floor with balcony and awesome lake views. Common kitchen with coffee machine, cookies, fruit was just very nice. Dining room with 3 tables and a patio with 4 tables and chairs to sit out. The rooms got serviced everyday too.The hosts were just very helpful and check-in was a breeze. We also met some fellow very friendly Aussies staying in the villa and really just loved our stay at Villa Varosh. Location was just perfect. 2 min down to lake, 10 mins to central square and attractions, walking street, cafes. We highly recommend 110% to stay here without hesitation!

No lift only stairs if you have big heavy suitcases..but wasn't an issue for us.

Perfect accommodation in the heart of old town

Absolutely perfect place to stay. Room 210 is wonderful - medium sized double, en-suite with a balcony that has just amazing views over the lake and the town. The hosts are amazing - always answer any questions promptly and very friendly and helpful. The whole villa is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and there is a shared kitchen and dining room downstairs, with free coffee, tea, soup and some very nice biscuits! There's also a fridge there for use if you wanted it. Location is brilliant - rignt in the heart of the old town but also manages to be very quiet. If you walk the other way, you have all the old ruins etc. Lots of nice touches like a QR code that takes you to local recommendations, a button to press in your room should you want cleaning, towel replacement etc., which I far preferred to having to remember to put Do Not Disturb signs on the door! All in all, just perfect. Wouldn't stay anywhere else and recommending it to everyone!

Attention to detail was impressive. Our host was so helpful. The room had everything we needed and more. Location was excellent in the prettiest part of the old town near great restaurants and beautiful boardwalk walks.

The house is very well maintained and has a charm to it. The rooms very comfortable and are spaces enough, the view and terrace are absolutely amazing.

The doors open pretty loudly and if you want to sleep in that is not really possible, since we heard everything that was going on in the hallway.

Gorgeous views, comfortable bedroom and lovely staff, would definitely come back again.

We had lake a view from our balcony which was absolutely gorgeous to wake up to. Such a good location as we were within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in Ohrid. The kitchen area was very well stocked, lots of fresh fruit, biscuits and even a coffee machine which I thought was a lovely touch.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Varosh. The location is excellent and offers a spectacular view of the old town and Lake Ohrid. Our room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Furthermore, the guest house staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely choose this accommodation again when visiting Ohrid.

Perfect location, super clean and modern villa in old world charm. Apartment was great for a young family.

Super clean and fantastic location! We found it much easier to walk down to Potpes beach with two small kids rather than leaving the old city. It was perfect. You really don’t need a car once you arrive. And oh so calm and clean in the villa. Felt like you were visiting the house of someone you know ! Kids loved catching fish with nets at the beaches walking distance from the villa. And all the best restaurants are walking distance from the villa.

Amazing stay, very friendly and welcoming place!

What a wonderful little place! The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, and all the staff members just makes you feel welcome at their place. The common area with free coffee, tea, soup, cookies is a really nice touch and makes you feel at home. It’s right in the centre of the old town so you’re no more than 10 minutes’ walk from most things of interest.
