Bache Apartments

It was a perfect location at the hills in Ohrid in the old city parts, near different beaches and the city center but quiet and peaceful, with splendid views over the see. The studio was spacious and nicely furnished, the balcony viewing the see stunning. I loved it all!

(The stove in the kitchen was very slow, took a long time to get some heat, but maybe we misunderstood something)

Is in a very nice location in the old town, an easy to walk down into town and a very short 5 minute stroll along from the Church of Saint Jovan which is beautiful at sunset. Apartment was very clean with good facilities, excellent shower room. Although its very near the town and tourist sites the apartments have a very relaxed chilled vibe.

A small thing but the curtains let quite a lot of light in. Blackout curtains would be a good addition. Ohrid is a party town with music often playing late that you can hear across the old town. This affects all accommodation in Ohrid old town and not just this apartment, but worth knowing if you are staying in this area.

The location is really great - up the hill from the lake, easily walkable to it. The room is clean. Free parking.

Unfortunately, my low rating is based on the misleading title of the room - "Studio with Balcony and Lake View". There is NO lake view, unless you walk through entire long balcony and then sit at the small table and see the view. When I booked the studio, I was expecting to have a view on the lake and there was none. This ambiguity in the title of the room clearly benefits the owners. Another thing is the ceiling above the bed - it is very low thus easy to hit a head and get injured, which exactly happened.
