Amazing views and great space

We booked the studio for the view of Lake Ohrid, which is beyond stunning. The space has everything you need including a small kitchen area. Lots of hot water for the shower, bed is comfortable, a futon-sofa for seating, kitchen table for breakfast, the AC and heating unit works great, and the balcony with the amazing view. Super quiet. The owners are very kind and always available. The property is beautiful with lush gardens. We loved staying here.

The only negative is for anyone with mobility issues or if stairs are a problem. The trek back uphill to reach the apartment from “downtown” is quite a hike, but that’s true for any lodging in Ohrid with great lake views. We are in our 70s, though, and managed it ok. Well worth it for us.

A great place to stay during your visit to Ohrid.

It is a stunning apartment with amazing views. It is fully equipped and everything is in excellent condition. The hosts are incredibly friendly. The outdoor space with private veranda overlooking the lake was incredible. A bonus is the wooden souvenirs they make onsite - definitely 100% better than the usual magnets or keyrings to take home for friends and family.

About the apartment? nothing. The walk into the centre of Ohrid is ok, the walk back is mostly uphill. However you can drive and we always found easy parking in the centre.

The location is great, near the centre of old town and near the lake! The apartment is beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view of the lake! And the hostes is SO nice, helped us with the drive through the old town and with everything we needed! Would recommend 100%!

We love Bache Apartments very much. Location is really close to St. Jovan, just about 5 minutes walk. The apartment is really clean and with balcony. We can see the lake from our balcony. The hosts are really nice & helpful. Thank you very much for giving us a lift to the bus company to catch our bus to Skopje. I highly recommend Bache Apartments.

We felt right at home in charming Ohrid

We have no words to describe the kindness with which the owner treated us from the very beginning. We arrived a bit late in the evening, and the owner was still waiting for us to check in. We hadn't had dinner, so she helped us order food to the apartment and waited awake until it arrived. The apartment was very clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed, a kitchen with basic necessities, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with stunning views. Very close to the center and in the upper part of Ohrid, very close to the fort. The best part was the kindness and willingness of the owner, always ready to help. We left at 4:00 a.m., and the owner woke up to help us catch a taxi at that hour. We can't thank her enough for everything.

Wow. This property way exceeded expectation. So clean, great spec, gorgeous room (studio) with a view of the lake that we could see sitting in bed. Balcony outside was very peaceful and sunny. We had a car and the parking space was right outside and felt safe and secure. In the old part of town and near to a nice restaurant and also the Jazz Inn bar which we would recommend . It’s about 1km from the main downtown area but peaceful and perfect and not too far to get down when needed. We normally like to be right in the heart of the action but were so glad we chose this place. If you look at high season it is sold out for weeks on end. I am not at all surprised. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. ❤️

Self catering. The hosts were really lovely people. Very friendly and helpful with any questions. They gave me suggestions where to visit and the best places to eat and drink. The location is the best in Ohrid in my opinion. Close to all the best places to visit but in a quiet location. The 'town' is only 5 minutes walk.

A wonderful place, I recommend

The owner s kindness, cleanliness of the location, the garden, location, everything was wonderful. It was Easter and the host gave us surprises that made us feel at home. The distance to the port is a 10-minute leisurely walk, to the Church of St. John of Kaneo 5 minutes, to the amphitheater the same.

Extraordinary place with fantastic view from the terrace. Host was really friendly and flexible. Apartment is very well equipped, ideal for longer stay as well. Bed was very comfortable. Location is great, very close to restaurants and shops in the old town. Parking is not complicated (there are parking places in the front of the apartment), although it is described by others, if you come with a big SUV then you will already face issues on the narrow streets in the old town before you arrive. Advice: There's a barrier at the gate of the old town. If you enter it by car then you must prove that your apartment is in the old town. Be prepared with a document of the booking,

Great location, right in the middle of the old city. High up, with views across the lake. Ten minutes walk down to the lake font. Hosts were incredibly helpful, printing out something for us, enquiring about trips etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Well equipped kitchen, fridge, kettle etc. Lovely little balcony with a small table to sit at.

Beautiful studio apartment with lovely views and lovelier owners!

Owners were loveltly, really friendly, as was their dog!😊 The room was big and open, plenty of light and led right onto a long balcony with lovely views of the lake! Comfy bed! Shower is HOT immediately no need to run it! Kitchen is enough for what you might need, and there is a kettle, important for the Brits🤣 for that coffee and tea! Air con works well. Location is around 10 mins or less walking from the centre. So perfect for drinks and food but there are lovely restaurants along the way too. Around the same for the "beach"...do go swimming it's perfect! 5 mins or so walking from Fortress. Around 40 minds from bus station but it isn't an issue to reach and quite a nice walk! Absolutely recommended!
