We had great 5 days in Ohrid in this cozy studio

Great, comfortable studio in the family house where the owners live. The house is in the heart of the old town, next to the church St. Sofija. The balcony and the windows face this wonderful church. Many restaurants and beaches nearby.

The bathroom is on the small size, but acceptable.

Excellent location in the heart of Ohrid with great views and close to all the major swimming spots. Nice spacious apartments and well equipped with plenty of beds, a washing machine and a good sized kitchen.

Beautiful stay in historical town!

Really lovely stay in the heart of the old town! Hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, the apartment is a part of their generational family home. Very close to the beach and all of the hiking trails to visit the ancient ruins sights. In the evenings especially, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful though the bustling shopping streets are just a short walk away. And fabulous restaurants just steps away from the impeccably clean apartment! Highly recommend!!

Ideal location and nice view but could use updating.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. Older but fairly comfortable, it has a partial view of the lake and is right at St Sofia Church. Very quiet area but only a few minutes to the heart of Ohrid. Spacious apartment with nice balcony.

The apartment for the price, is overdue for an update. The bathroom and toilet are situated right next to the kitchen and with no exhaust fan in the bathroom, this is not ideal. It was also early rising as the blinds don't keep out the light.

Very friendly host, giving a lot of information at arrival. Nice appartment with old furniture, balcony, everything fine and clean. Very centrally located in Ohrid old town, everything is in walking distance

Parking is challenging since it is a narrow old town. The host tries to reserve a parking log close to the house. If that doesn't work you can park your car outside the upper city gate and walk for 5 minutes.

Fantastic weekend getaway spot

It was literally steps away from the water, overlooking St Sofia church. Plenty of room for our party of 4 - great balcony views and they had everything we needed.

Great location in old part of town, close to waters edge and restsurants and right beside st Sophia church ⛪️. Had a great time in Ohrid.

Apartment was on 2nd floor and bringing luggage in was difficult for our large group. Hosts were very responsive and helpful and really enjoyed our stay

Exceptional

This was a lovely stylish and comfortable apartment with great views from the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and there was excellent lighting throughout. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and responded quickly to my messages.

The apartment is up three flights of stairs so not so good if you have accessibility issues. However the views are so much better from higher up so for us this was one of the things that made the apartment so good!

It was perfectly situated in the heart of Ohrid with a wonderful view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The owners are lovely and available at all times.

The staircase leading up to the third floor is narrow, however, in keeping with the style of the property and to be expected!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

We absolutely loved everything about this property. There is a massive amount of positive energy in the apartment and property itself. Some of the best sleep overs happened here. Me and kids where knocked out completely. The view over church of St Sofia is one of the kind, and cant be forgotten. We are looking forward to come back very soon. Owners are amazing people, very friendly, and always ready to help. We absolutely felt in love with this property and the Old City Of Ohrid.

For the first evening, the Internet connection was excruciatingly slow (200KB), but the hosts were responsive and addressed it with their provider and fixed it as soon as we informed them.

Wish I’d Stayed Longer.

I stayed here for two out of four nights while in Ohrid and wished I had booked all four nights here. I had to top floor apartment with the most beautiful view over Old Town and Lake Ohrid. Sandra was genuinely hospitable and obviously pays attention to every detail. The apartment was immaculate, nicely decorated, perfectly equipped and comfy. Wifi worked perfectly. An ideal location.

Perfect place to stay!

The place was absolutely perfect! Especially the balcony which overlooked the church and the lake. I looked forward to going to bed and waking up to the sun shining in my room through the balcony. I would absolutely go back to this place again. Everything in the place was well taken care of and the host helped me to drag my heavy luggage up the stairs which having walked all the meant so much!

The host greeted us with a smiling face and told us about the facility and the surroundings. We were able to reach him every time we called. The facility was clean and tidy. The property has kitchen tools, tea and coffee. She let us borrow umbrellas when we needed them. She did our laundry for an extra charge.

great location in the heart of ohrid and beautifully decorated space. easy walking distance to everything. Sandra was very attentive and answered any questions we had really quickly. Also we paid 5 euros each in the morning for Macedonian breakfast and it was worth it - delicious and filling!

one problem with the toilet leaking after flushing but Sandra sorted this very fast so didn’t bother us

We had a wonderful view of the lake and a beautiful, bright, clean room with a balcony. Sandra, the host, was exceptionally welcoming and gave us plenty of useful advice. The guest house was in the centre of town with everything we needed nearby.

Amazing view, very clean house and perfect guide

Host is very friendly, we had no question about how to find the house and where to park our car thanks to guide with photos. Very clean apartment, and incredibly amazing view. Terrace is better than the photos, we took so many photos to share with our friends :) We are thankful for everything, we will check this house first when we will come back to Ohrid.
