The room at this location was stunning, fully authentic of the 17th century with a modern day feeling.
All the staff we engaged with were police and welcoming and made us feel comfortable. It was our first time visiting Stratford for our 10th anniversary and it was a time well spent.

The staff were very friendly and quick to respond to any requests such as more tea and coffee for the room. The room itself was a nice size. It looked out onto Shakespeare's school house which was such a beautiful sight every morning.
It was a little stuffy in the room and we had to prop the windows open with some books but this didnt let in a lot of air.
The wallpaper looked a little scorched, possibly from the lamp next to the bed and there was what looked like a little damp mark coming from behind the wallpaper.
They weren't doing bed and breakfast when I booked but there was a change of management just before our stay. We were offered to book breakfast a few days before our visit. I booked in for one breakfast for both of us, £15 pp. This was a little costly for what we had (one bacon sandwich, one sausage sandwich and a pot of tea) but there was plenty of options that would warrant the cost.
All in all, perfect location, beautiful view from the room, clean and staff were lovely.
