Perfect location to walk to most of the tourist sites in Stratford. Staff was absolutely the best from start to finish. Having on site parking available was a huge plus!

The hotel is very clean and in a good location. The staff are very helpful and polite. The car parking is a little annoying as you have to download an app to pay but as soon as you check in the staff take your car registration and sort it out as they don’t trust the app! Breakfast was very nice with a good variety of food.
Our only complaint was the bed was very creaky which is slightly annoying when you sleep next to a restless sleeper. Other than that, all good.
