The location was good and the room a good size. The bathroom was separate to the room and very clean.
I was unsure about the cats as i have a fear about them but they mainly stayed downstairs.

Such a lovely place! Easy to access all of Stratford-Upon-Avon. Walk to RSC and the High Street in under 10 min. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent.

It's fantastic! In such a convenient spot for everything and lovely and comfy. The owner was delightful and couldn't do enough to help us and the cats are gorgeous (they don't come upstairs or interact with guests normally but they let us have a cuddle). Monika even allowed us a late check out at no extra cost to fit in with our train time. Breakfast served to your requirements at the time you specify! And very good quality. Just a lovely place!
Nothing negative really. The room was maybe a little small for some people's taste but was fine for us.

Parking available and we were allowed to stay some extra time next day after check out. Clean and had everything needed. Location was good to walk into town.
We ordered a double room and it was actually two single beds pushed together with single quilts rather than a double bed. I believe we should have been told about this as this is not what we were told it was when booking or on arrival.
