Great location, just a 20 minute walk into the centre. Bill was a super host, friendly and clearly a real enthusiast about Stratford upon Avon and its rich history. He even ran our bags to us at the station at the end of our final day to avoid us having to carry them all day. The breakfast was great and room/bathroom clean as a whistle.
The only slight quibble is that we found the mattress very firm, not really to our taste but not to say it wouldn't work for someone else!
