Lovely room which was a decent size .. lovely big comfy bed .. room was clean and tidy and also cleaned while we were there .. plenty of teas coffees and milk in the room with more available on the landing area if you needed them Decent sized bathroom which was also clean and tidy. The room/facilities had everything needed for a few days away .. location of the B&B was excellent .. literally a stones throw away from the town .. the information from the owner was amazing and this helped massively to finding your bearings .. Breakfast was amazing .. it was everything you needed to start your day. It really was the perfect choice with the perfect host for our visit to Stratford-upon-Avon and I would highly recommend this B&B for a weekend away ❤️

Central location within easy walking distance of the tourist attractions. Super host who was very helpful with directions and suggestions of places to visit.

Property is a little dated but it didn’t affect our stay in any way

The host was informative, location exceptional, on street parking £3/24hrs with host's permits.

The property was somewhat run down and needs a thorough clean (behind doors, skirting boards and on touch points etc) and a lick of paint It was our understanding that the hosts wife is ill, it may be a good idea to hire a housekeeper to lighten his work.
