The location was great
It needed some up dating… it was very tired looking… the carpet in the hall and stairs where very worn… it also needed a facelift…

The decor was a little tired, taped stair carpet, quite dusty rooms - we expect a little dust in older buildings but it was a bit more than that, the carpet in the room was marked needs a lick of paint in places breakfast wasnt exceptional

Location was good as very central and close to where I needed to be.
There was no air con and it was extremely hot, the room had lots of cobwebs, the whole place is in need of a bit of money spent on it as its very tired.
