It was comfortable, clean, good breakfast and everyone was very polite and helpful. The walk into town was not too far
No tea facilities in the room but a very handy kitchen at the end of the hall with kettle etc

Very comfortable stay. Emma was very friendly and helpful, and cooked a wonderful breakfast. It was the perfect location for walking into Stratford-upon-Avon.
