Great hosts. Comfortable bed in a lovely clean room. Great location for wandering around the town. Breakfast was excellent. Parking only £5 for 24 hours on a nearby street.
Quite close to the outdoor exit and area of the neighbouring house so a bit of noise from there.

Almost reluctant to say how great this place is in case it’s fully booked next time we visit Stratford! Craig and Emma are so welcoming. The house is beautifully furnished and even the small double room we stayed in felt spacious. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen where you can easily prepare food. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked. Thank you both.

The room was exceptionally clean. It was in the front so there was a little noise from the street, but that was not an issue for us. The breakfast was very nice. I'm gluten free and the owners were very accommodating.

Great central place to stay, just a few minutes walk to the Town Centre. Emma was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The shared kitchen was right next to our room and really handy. I got to iron my son's shirt before our last minute trip to the theatre!
We stayed in room 2 at the front of the house. It faces a really busy road so if you're not used to road noise, I would advise bringing ear plugs.
