Breakfast excellent and found having in our room more relaxed than being in a dining room
The location excellent for train station and walking around Stratford-upon-Avon for all the Shakespeare sites.

The location was fine for us to walk to town. The room was basic but comfortable.
The breakfast was basic and used cheap ingredients eg poor orange juice, flavoured low fat yoghurt and only instant coffee made in our room.
