The room was very clean and very small. Downfall no dressers. Only a few hangers. Shower was amazing. The front desk was exceptional and incredibly helpful and friendly especially Daniel. The breakfast was decent good Selections of meats proteins fruits you dirt and breads. But the pool area was FANTASTIC. We planned 4 nights and stayed one extra. WILL BOOK AGAIN

This would have been the best hotel for the price,quality and convenience however two things need to be looked at noise insulation and for sure air-conditioning other wise it is a perfect hotel on all directions ...still love it and will come back ...

The property was ok, but we asked to get the safety box open, they never did so we had to keep our documents and jewelry with us al the time. The hotel was not bad, but people are not very nice. Customer service is not the best

Overall the stay was great. The staff was always helpful. Shuttle was always ready when we needed it. But the elevators … oh the elevators. Only 2 of 3 were working and the time to get one was sometimes painful. Hope they fix that third one soon for future clients. But overall very happy with our stay.

Very modern, stylish and clean. The small single bed in the triple room was very firm but the bed was comfy. Easily walkable to the area and bus stops behind the hotel via the side gate at the rear car park. Easy to park, plenty of car parking spaces. Plenty of options at breakfast from savoury to sweet. Would highly recommend to all.

I like this hotel, big uncovered parking free of payment. My room was clean and comfortable. 15 minutes to bus station to Venezia. Pleasure stay. The restaurant is not to my taste, better to get breakfast or dinner somewhere from TheFork app. But staying in Belstay Venezia Hotel I really recommend.

The property offer in web site AC and that is false they turn off the whole hotel. The best part whit his wonderful service was Roberto at the restaurant. He is amazing. Thank you Roberto.

Very close to driving to/from airport and into Venice!

Front desk doesn’t understand some English. The room itself was good. The TV doesn’t have Netflix, even though it has it on the remote. The TV doesn’t have casting either, so you’re stuck with everything in Italian. The restaurant downstairs isn’t the best. I went there for lunch and the waitress/host was very helpful, but for dinner they switched the staff and that’s where it went downhill. They had me sitting there for 30 minutes with not even any water or bread. That should be the first thing you get when you sit at a table. I had gotten up and left because I didn’t want to wait anymore. Continental breakfast was horrible. The food was all cold. You’re better off with the baked good they provide. There was not many options for those who have celiac, which is surprising. Overall, I would not stay there again.

Very nice hotel with a good pool and sun bed area. The room was big and the bathroom was very good quality and with an excellent shower. The room was spotless. The location was ideal and offered a 10 min walk to a bus stop to get straight into Venice. It was easy to do and handy bus routes. The only issue was the aircon was very poor and since we went during the peak of summer this affected our sleep quite a bit. Also the beds are two single mattresses pushed together and they often came apart and we fell down the middle during the night. Aside from these issues we had a lovely stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating and we would recommend a stay here to anyone.
