Very good hotel, just around the corner from one of the main streets leading up to the station. Friendly staff, helpful, and very service-oriented. I was supposed to have received an email with an access code, but didn't. This has happened when booking via online stenges before, so I'll advise you to actively contact the hotel before arrival. I was let in after a couple of phone calls, and very little waiting, but this is stress I'd rather avoid.

Great stay at the moon hotel. The room was nicely decorated and furnished. There was good attention to detail. Chocolates in the room, towel roses on the beds, plenty of toiletries. All spotlessly clean and immaculately presented. We were given a code to get into the property which worked well and the room key was waiting with our name on it. Would definitely stay there again

Fantastic little boutique hotel! With only seven rooms the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. Room seemed newly renovated, spacious enough and very clean. For late check-in one gets the door code via e-Mail. Breakfast is served to the table at requested hour and special diet was taken into notice very well. The staff is very friendly. I’ll definitely come back to this Hotel on my next trip to Sint-Niklaas

I stayed only one night here but the accommodations were very comfortable and I would book a room here again in the future. The directions from the hotel on check in and parking were very clear and accurate. The room was spacious, clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great (you will not have any troubles with the warm water - there is plenty of nice hot water here!). The staff were very friendly and professional.

Very quaint and beautiful hotel. The suite was spacious with an upper level with another bed. Convenient for small families. Walkable to all the lovely bakeries, train station and town square. Definitely recommend.

A small hotel, conveniently located a short distance from both the train station and the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, if a little small. The bathroom was spotless and had a walk-in shower with good water pressure. I would have given it a little bit higher rating if there had been an actual reception desk. Instead, they send a code via e-mail to enter the building using a keypad by the entrance; my room key was in an envelope on a desk in the foyer. As it happened, the code they sent had an extra digit, necessitating a phone call to a number posted on the front door. In other words, make sure you have access to your e-mail and mobile service (which can be an issue if traveling from abroad). Additionally, the room was up a flight of stairs. If you have mobility issues, keep that in mind.

Really Clean, Nice rooms, close to town centre, but very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with internet but this was resolved. This is a Small hotel with no staff onsite in the evening but staff arrive to provide breakfast is good continental style buffet. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance.
