Central location. Convenient parking and handy for facilities. Traffic all low emission. Great bath. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Close to the train station but also to restaurants and pubs. The hotel has a restaurant opened until 22.00. The room has a small fridge.

Some electric sockets were damaged so we had to pay attention.

Hotel completely smelt of fried food. Also close to railway line. No plugs in the sink or bath. Some open electrical connections for hair dryer. Hotel needs a make over

Very polite and responsive customer service. I booked late about midnight and got quick reaction and pleasant service. Arrived 15mins later at the hotel and all was good and ready. A bit noisy area because of trains but the room was clean and warm. Thank you Hotel New Flanders Team! You did great job

A Town Centre Hotel

Broken fixtures was a no-no but bed comfortable and the predomidably Nepalese staff just love you! They don't do breakfast but direct you 100m down the road to a specialist restaurant with wonderful food. The hotel has a restaurant doing Thai, Indian and Japanese cuisine and was always empty. It is the best kept secret as the sushi and the Thai red curry were SPECTACULAR!! Traffic noise is an issue for all hotels but my room had double glazing and an electric shutter so I slept through the scream of the HGV's. The Thai cleaner has come in my room, all smiles and giggles; whats not to like?

No push-up plug in the basin, a broken coat hook on the door and half the bathroom doorhandle missing. I would like a non-slip mat in the bath/shower available.

Right next to the city’s train station, close to many food places on a street with lots of stores. Pleasant staff.

the stay was fine, the hotel employees were nice, you get what you’ve paid for, and the house cleaning will tidy up your

The property was close to the town, and train station.

You get what you pay for, it isn’t 5 star so don’t expect that. it’s a good place to stay if you’re on. a budget. it just wasn’t “wow” A basic hotel, they kept the lights off in the hallways and stairwells, which didn’t help the ambience.

Bed bugs in room. Bad smell of old everything in hotel. I had to leave the room at 1:30 night, because of bed bugs started to appear from all sides.I made call to booking.com told them whats the situation and told them iam leaving the hotel. Spent a very uncomfortable night in the car. Staff is not responding to booking.com for a refund i requested.

Great location, surprising city

Location is perfect, just off train station but if you come by car, parking can also be arranged. We were lucky and had an amazing view to the square. Supermarket is some 50 meters away, and there is also a good bakery at the square.

Some items are outdated (e.g hair dryer) yet it is excellent value for money.
