Absolutely recommending this hotel to my friends!!

Beautiful rooms, very friendly staff who helped when needed, lost a towel i brought in the beginning to protect my switch i brought to game with my partner and they got a replacement i was allowed to keep, the morning breakfast was really delicious and the view from the window was really good too!! The ac / heater was really great and overall had a Wonderful time and experience during my stay!!

There's not much to note of dislikes, altho we did have a clogged drain on the first day, and had to use towels for the whole bathroom as there wasnt anything preventing the water from leaking out under the door, this was however fixed the next day and i doubt this happens regularly

Room is getting old. No free bikes of the hotel (only expensive rental). Big, loud group in the cafe in the evening and in breakfast hall in the morning.

Have stayed here before, it’s a well run hotel, the room is good value for money. Staff are very pleasant. Our room was very clean and comfortable

We ate in the restaurant this time and altho the food was fine I felt it was a bit expensive.

Spacious, mostly friendly staff

No USB ports, not enough outlets. Tv screen too small and too far from the bed. Room lighting rather dim. Very small refrigerator. No coffee maker in the room.

No kettle in your room Wooden floors with beds on wheels Paper thin walls could here next door coughing and blowing nose Being woken up early hours of the morning by other guests numerous times shouting in the hallway Bought a drink at the bar, nobody came back for me to purpose another so we left after 20 minutes

Room didn't match pictures - at all

Was clean enough

The pictures do not match the room we got. I think the Hotel is likely part renovated and they've put pictures of the renovated rooms on there. We had a room that looked like it had been decorated 40 years ago and not touched since. Very dissapointing

Great location near the motorway

Great location, very friendly staff, room spacious and clean. Free parking, free toiletries.

choose the right rooms and it's a fine place to stop over

on arrival we were dismayed that our 'deluxe' room had no opening windows and a noisy aircon machine and decor and lighting suitable for a bordello (a bit OTP on my part maybe). A request at the front desk for a room with opening windows was initially refused, but one member said a room in the new block had windows that open, and for a surcharge, we could have that. So arrangements were made and we got the room and no surcharge was added (I did my sweet talk routine of course). The new room was perfect for size and quiet and comfort, and oddly, a little less deluxe than the sombre room we were first offered. A very good shower room and as in most hotels the pillows were nonsense, but we always bring our own. The highlight of the stay was the restaurant. The food and the staff were first rate... mixing elegance, calm and friendliness. We declined breakfast for a picnic on the road.

The deluxe room was lifeless, airless, and noisy and dull.

Serwir a handy hotel for a stop over.

Friendly staff, good location opposite the Waas shopping mall and nearby the E17 highway. Plenty of parking space

Room a little bit outdated, few TV canals, no coffee/tea (but could be provided on request), the “fitness” room is very sparsely equipped with only a treadmill, a cross trainer and a bike. No weights.

Good staff, but a bit austere

Plenty of parking and a good location for the industrial areas in Sant NIklaas - only 5 minutes away by car. Reception staff and check in were helpful and pleasant. The room was a great size as was the bathroom.

Although large, the room was a bit stark, very little decoration and a bit austere. Very few UK tv channels working. The bed was quite comfortable, but the pillows were pretty awful - large square cushion sizes filled with too much foam - the small pieces causing too much heat and a stiff neck. I had to try and change in the middle of the night. The restaurant was OK, but quite expensive.. it would be good if there were a few other options

Decent hotel while there are few basic things that can help improve the customer experience.

Good spacious rooms and a quite area. Enough parking places. All that was listed was available. Additional security with manual engagement to open the door for the customers.

There was no Kettle in the room for a cup of coffee or tea, and/or a small water bottle. This is pretty basic should be included in our opinion. Some tissues missing from the tissue box in the bathroom (can happen not a big deal). According to our observation the cost of Breakfast was comparatively high for similar facilities and even the drinks were expensive.

Amazing hotel great value for money

Lovely clean and modern rooms. We spilled water on bed and they kindly moved us to a new even bigger room. Amazingly friendly staff. Breakfast was soo good too..We would deffinitely come again! 5 star

Disappointing Experience

Excellent location

Pictures from the rooms and hotel on booking are deceiving. It doesn't correspond the reality (see pictures). Hotel needs renovation urgently. It looks like a 2/3 stars hotel. The room smelled musty all the time due to old carpeting. Old furniture. Stains in the toilet. Dark hotel, the lightening was poor and dark, I couldn't read or do makeup properly. Breakfast was poor for a 4 star hotel.

Amazing service! Really luxury comfortable room! We were upgraded to a high floor large room- it was beautiful! We didn’t know how nice it was going to be- everything was perfect- and free parking too!
