If you have slightly more money and high standards, stay somewhere else. If you don't, it's alright.

Great location, good price, the room was quite large. I liked that you could open the windows fully.

The corridors stank of cigarettes. The carpets were in terrible condition. Some of the lamps were broken. There wasn't a fire alarm in the room. The beds were uncomfortable. The staff weren't that helpful, it felt as if I was bothering them when I came to check in.

Horrendous night

Location

Beds were rock hard, rooms were dirty, no towels, no soap, no glass to rinse your mouth with. The triple room had a single chair, a small table and a microwave??? There seemed to be resident tenants in the hotel that were noisy and woke us up in the night by knocking on the door but got the wrong room.

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen.

In the centre of town

The hotel was old, dirty and extremely rundown. There were no pillow cases and no towels. When I asked about this at the reception they told me that someone would bring them. After half an hour I gave up on this hotel and checked out. Please find a different hotel. This must be one of the worst hotels I have ever seen.

Everything, there were holes in the ceiling, writing on the walls, the bed side light switch for the lamp was broken and dangerous. The fridge was rusted inside, the bathroom was really bad with broken and missing tiles. The room smelled of stale cigarettes. The man on reception should have lessons in manners, what a horrible person.

The hotel is in the center of the city. The area is full with restaurants, clean and tidy.

The accomodation was simple, and far from luxurious.

I came to Sint-Niklaas for an event taking place at the Grand'Place and my windows were looking out on it, so that was absolutely great. Easy to go in and out of the hotel too.

I read the bad reviews so I was prepared. I had my own pillow cover, sheet, towel and shower gel with me. I had all I needed. I leave in the middle if the hotel was clean or dirty. Carpet never really can be clean in a hotel, but I didn't have the feeling that the room was dirty. It's more like an old hotel that needs lots of renovation. There was no towel nor shower gel but like I said, I had it with me. You don't see many other guests and I only saw staff when I checked in. They were friendly. It just was for one night and I was happy staying there and I might return. For food there are lots of places and also shops around the hotel, so no problem at all.

Embarrassing lady at the hotel reception

Nothing. Was dirty and smell disgusting

Thet were arogant and Disney want to help. I had to go seat on this hotel because was dirty (i have a photo of room that i got for my reservation. I have never come back there and I hope , people will read this opinion as a warning. In the photos, this is what the room looked like when I entered it right after receiving the card. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Don't expect any luxury for the price you're paying.

You get what you pay for. There's a bed, a shower and a toilet. The room is as bare as a prison cell but if you just need a bed for the night it's adequate and the price is great.

The rooms definitely need an upgrade. No bedside light and it's all a bit old and damaged. Light bulb missing in sink light. No towels when we arrived and the ones we got were very well used.

While the interior is dated, the room was clean, has a fridge and TV, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The hotel is in the city center. There is free parking on the street between 18:00 and 09:00. It's a good hotel for budget travelers.

It had a TV, it was close to the shops, and there was a funfair straight across the hotel. (At that time)

Wifi coverage was poor and weak. No air-conditioning, no room service, all your getting is a room with bed and toilet. If your room is not clean when your entering, be sure to speak up, and get a change of rooms.

The location and property is good, you actually will get value for your money... the only major issue is the parking problem. the hotel has no parking space, though this is well spelt out in their property, there is a paid parking space close by about 10eurso per night, it would have been good for the hotel owners in that vicinity to reach a contract agreement with the paid parking owner for a discount for the hotel customers etc. apart from the issue of parking space, every other thing is good about the evironment and propert. thanks

The location is good

In line with the Halloween season, this hotel is a true horror show. No soap or towels until we explicitly asked for them. Dirty carpet, strange black spots on the bathroom floor. Crumbs in the drawers. Painting peeling from the walls. Exposed electric wires in the elevator and the list goes on and on. Honestly I don't understand how are they allowed to function. Booking.com should delist them.
