A perfect choice for a place to stay in St. Niklaas.

Excellent breakfasts- very fresh breads, ham, cheese, egg, fruits,cake, plus smoked salmon on Sunday. Comfortable bed and room. Great decor. Good location: central and walkable to and from station and main sites of interest, in attractive quiet street. Delightful proprietor Ingrid.

Excellent Hotel very close to De Casino.

This is a lovely hotel. So convenient if you are planning to see a gig at De Casino. Around a 3 minute walk away. The rooms are really nicely kitted out, the bathroom is spacious and extremely well kept. Very clean and comfortable. There is even a minibar with some light refreshments available to you. The car park is also a massive plus given the central location of the Hotel. Ingrid the Host is extremely helpful.

Everything good apart from bed, very clean throughout...

Booked as a double room but was actually 2 b x single beds pushed together , which parted every night , so interupted sleep every night. I expected a double bed as had not booked a twin room

Great place and Ingrid is a great host

Ingrid was a great host and the hotel was right in the middle of town. Great location and lovely room. I will come back and stay there again. :)

The center of town is under restruction (main market place) and there were a lot of road work. Therefore difficult to find the hotel and finding a way around town, but that should be finished by August this year.

Everything was great! Hotel Moon was very clean, the room was spacious and very quiet, the shower huge and the bed comfy. I especially liked the little touches, like a wine glass and plate in the room, plus a mug and cup. A highlight was the most enjoyable breakfast (different every day!) I’ve ever had at a hotel. Best of all was the host, Ingrid, who was so incredibly welcoming and kind. It felt like I was visiting a friend.

Beyond words awful experience.

This hotel needs to tell the truth at point of sale. Like telling you that the hotel is unstaffed. Telling you most of the rooms are up several flights of steep stairs and there is no lift. Telling you they are going to send you a mail a day before arrival which then explains what should have been said above. Then when you don’t read the mail and you are left sitting waiting in an empty hotel for hours with the toilet locked and have to leave. Then they take your money anyway saying it is a no show. Correct, a no show from Hotel staff. I intend to fight this hotel to the bitter end to get my money back. I feel defrauded. Don’t stay here

The hotel did everything it said on the box. It worked well enough for my purposes.

Ingrid was waiting patiently for me to arrive, helped me with check in, showed me around. Recommended local restaurants, very helpful!

I stepped out of a very warm and comfortable bed onto a FREEZING cold floor... Maybe a rug or two would help, especially in the winter.

It would have been nice to come down to a buffet but I understand that the proprietor is on her own so a breakfast had to be ordered in advance but that is a detail in the scheme of things.

Great Hotel.

I'm always travelling for my work and this has to be one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. Everything has been well thought about from the equipment in the rooms to the wonderful breakfast. I also like the location and it has free parking. I will return for sure.

Online incheck verliep zeer vlot; ruime kamer en badkamer, fijn bed en de privé-parking zeer handig. Vlakbij Casino-concertzaal.

Een beetje vochtig in de badkamer, maar dat kan je verhelpen door op tijd het verwarmingstoestel aan te zetten.
