Our arrival was efficiently handled. The room was clean, although the shower area could do with a refresh. Wifi speed was good. The restaurant menu was simple and uncomplicated. The food was good too. Checkout the following morning was quick and accurate. All in all, very good. Would stay there again.

A wonderful family-owned hotel - we were just stopping for the night on our way back to Paris after a long day of driving from Southern France. Consequently our 6 y/o son was hungry at 2300 that evening : ( and we didn’t have anything for him to eat. The owners graciously made him a delicious croque monsieur even though the kitchen was closed. They were also really nice at check-in and out. The room was clean, comfortable, and at an affordable price.

The hotel is closed to the motorway with easy access into Vierzon. A good stop over place. I booked a room with a bath and on arrival we were allocated a room with a shower. I explained to staff that a bath was essential and we were allocated a new room without a problem. The member of staff was very helpful and explained to me that when you book via hotels.com the booking doesn't differentiate between shower or bath. I think that hotels.com should sort this out. We were lucky that another room was available as later in the season it might not have been possible. Anyhow the hotel is in a good location for traveling, the menu is basic and limited. The food was okay. We did order a bottle of wine and it arrived already opened with even the foil covering removed from the top of the bottle. Same good be observed at the table next to us. This is most unusual for France and it makes you wonder if the kitchen staff fill bottles from a wine box! We arrived after a long drive and didn't wish to argue at the time. Breakfast was good. staff were friendly but we did wonder about the "wine con".

Our stay was excellent. Hotel was very clean and room was big enough for 3 of us. Breakfast was excellent, good choice, including fresh bread, juice and fruit. Staff was very helpful and polite. Thank you .
