The chalet room we had was very nice, spacious and clean and the bed was very large and comfortable. Plenty of parking space and a nice layout of chalet accommodations.
There was no kettle in the room and, unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open due to staff shortage and there were no suggestions as to where we could find restaurants that we might want to try.

Good accommodation, good food, staff very helpful, ideal location and parking, pool a big bonus.

Good bed and air-conditioned room
A three star hotel should offer coffee-tea in the bedroom and a glass for water, not just a small plastic cup. The service in the restaurant was poor - though I do understand the team were very young and inexperienced. The staff weren't particularly friendly. The food was reasonably good.
