very friendly check in. the room was small, but adequate. the bed was very comfortable with excellent linen. the shower was small but good power and temperature. having stayed in other budget hotels of a similar price we would say this is superior. location is also very good just off the main road to the motorway for commuting. it was very quiet and we had an excellent sleep.

The check in was easy , the room was compact but adequate for an over night stay and clean ,asked for extra pillows which was no problem . very good location for shops , petrol, and just off the motorway big bonus. Breakfast very good with a lot of choices
The bathroom was very small and the shower cubicle was high off the floor and leaked , difficult to get in and out when wet . Plenty of hot water big plus .

Good location
The towels were very old and worn out and didn't look very clean. We had one very lumpy pillow each. The hotel rooms smelt very musty and both of the showers leaked all over the bathroom floor.
We booked this hotel as it was an ex Hotel B&B and they are always of good standard but it was much lower standard than a hotel B&B but for the same price.
The breakfast was good and the staff member Melyssa was very friendly and nice. They just need to clean a bit better and replace their towels and pillows.
