Mooi huis op 20 minuten lopen van het centrum over het jaagpad langs het Canal de Berry. Leuke wandeling. Prima frans ontbijt!
Het huis heeft veel potentie, maar de puntjes moeten nog op de i.
Losse deurklink, loszittend stopcontact, barst in een raam.

Le calme, la beauté de cette grande maison art deco, l impression d être chez soi ( hôte et locataires très discrets), la découverte du centre de vierzon a 10 min à pied ( « le bistrot « très sympa pour dîner ), et surtout l hôte est super agréable, aux petits soins mais très discrète, petit dej top dans très beau cadre

Le lit était confortable et l’accueil sympathique, avec une bonne réactivité lorsque nous avons demandé les serviettes manquantes.
papier peint qui se décolle, prises qui se détachent du mur, radiateur avec la peinture très écaillée, chasse d’eau qui fuit et absence de gel douche.
L’isolation phonique est également insuffisante : nous avons été réveillés à 7h le dimanche matin par la douche de la chambre voisine, que l’on entendait très nettement.
