Fantastic hosts. Beautifully renovated and decorated. Modern and fresh but with a country, homely feel. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the owners friendly and accommodating. The property was strategically located for our activities, including Sandringham, Houghton Hall and Gardens, and the Hunstanton through to Wells Next to the Sea area. It was convenient to our ancestral homes in Swaffham and Deopham. Went to the Samphire just over 1/2 mile down the road for a nice dinner. Picked up a few items at the shop across the street. Met some friendly couples at breakfast.

The owners were very friendly and helpfull. There is a shop across the road and a very nice pub called the Three Horseshoes within wlaking distance in the village.
