The Litcham Bull Inn

Sue contacted us on the day of arrival to see what time we would like to check in. She also asked if we required a dinner reservation and if we had any dietary requirements. We really enjoyed our meal and breakfast was great too. Our room was well kept and we were made to feel very welcome.

Above all else, the hospitality of Sue and Clive was outstanding. Despite the cold weather spell, our room was lovely and toasty and a delight to return to after a day exploring. Food was superb. It was a lovely place to be based for a two day stay in Norfolk.

The Litcham Bull Inn was absolutely perfect for our overnight stay. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable and had a good hot shower. Dinner was wonderful- delicious comfort food in a cosy pub atmosphere. Do not skip pudding; they are generous with the custard which we love! I wish we had had more time to linger over a glass of wine. Sue, the owner and host, was extremely kind and helpful. We had a short window to eat dinner before heading to a nearby concert, and she allowed us to pre-order our meals so they were ready upon our arrival. And when she heard we had to depart early in the AM, she packed a go-bag of sandwiches, fruit, water and crisps for us in place of the cooked breakfast that we didn’t have time for. We really appreciated this when we were on our train at 6:45 AM! Lovely pub with great food and service and a good room, too. Thank you, Sue and team!
